Chalet Punta Sivinar in Santanyi

Seafront house with stunning sea views. Chalet Punta Sivinar is located on the cliff lines between Cala Figuera and S'Amarador in a nature protection area. It has private sea access, which makes it perfect for divers and snorkelling adventures alike. In addition there is a small rocky beach in walking distance.

Chalet Punta Sivinar is located near the village S'Almunia, close to Cala Figuera, in a nature protection area overlooking the cliff lines. Steps are carved into the rocks leading down to sea level and a platform of rocks. The crystal clear waters along the cliffs are sensational diving grounds with natural caves and an intact underwater fauna. Ideal for divers or to go on a snorkelling tour.

Very close to the house is a small rocky beach, which is very little frequented. Cala Mondragó is in approximately 2,5 km distance, it is part of the Cala Mondragó nature reserve and has a fine sandy beach.

The seaside village Cala Figuera with its picturesque harbour is approximately 6 kilometres drive. Very popular with visitors, this village offers a nice seaside promenade with coffee shops and restaurants overlooking the port and shopping facilities.

Towards the other side and in the same distance is Cala Santanyi with its fine sandy beach. This beach offers a beach bar, sunbeds hire and is a starting point for diving excursions.

The charming small town of Santanyi is only a short ride away. This picturesque town is famous for its market on Wednesdays and Saturdays, attracting visitors from all over the island. Its town square is framed by beautifully restored houses and by excellent restaurants, boutiques and bars.

Cars have access up to the house, the last 50 to 100 m over a dirt track, which is in good condition. Parking available on the plot for one or two cars.

Chalet Punta Sivina is a simple beach house - but he location is a real stunner! The light flooded living dining room offers marvellous seaviews and has direct access to the large terrace. Next to it is a small, practical kitchen, which has also an exit door to the terrace. Next to the main entrance is the first twin bedroom. A flight of stairs is going down to two more bed rooms and the small bathroom. One of the bedrooms is fitted with a kingsize bed and offers marvellous seaviews. The second bedroom is a twin bedroom. Both have built-in wardrobes. The three bedrooms are sharing one bathroom with shower and are all fitted with ceiling fans. Next to the living room is an additional guest toilet.

Chalet Punta Sivinar is surrounded by a nature protection area, directly on the cliff line between Cala Figuera and Cala Mondragó. The plot is a mixture of shrubs and rocks crossed by small paths. All around the house are many possibilities to sit down to relax and take in the stunning views and surroundings. The house has a large sun terrace with sun loungers or you can relax in the shade of a tree or beneath the veranda. This area underneath the terrace is furnished with a large dining table, ideal for al fresco dining and to enjoy the marvellous views when the night sets in. There is a small private path leading down from the house to the sea, which ends on sea level with a large platform of rocks. Chalet Punta Sivinar is a semi detached house. The other half is not permanently lived in and not rented out for holidays.
The Chalet is less suitable for small children due to the cliffs.
