Casa recientemente reformada (en segunda línea del mar), situada a tan sólo 5 minutos a pie del Puerto Deportivo de Cala d'Or, dónde se pueden encontrar numerosos restaurantes.
La casa esta situada en una zona residencial de Cala Egos muy tranquila. A sólo 50 metros puede disfrutar de una de las muchas playas de arena blanca y fina de la zona, llamada Calo de's Pou.
El Chalet esta distribuido en dos plantas:
En la planta superior hay la cocina con despensa, el salón-comedor, un aseo y una habitación doble con baño en suite. En esta planta también hay una barbacoa y dos terrazas con vistas a la piscina y al mar.
En la planta inferior se encuentran tres habitaciones grandes con camas simples, dos baños en suite y un baño completo. En esta planta hay un gran porche donde hay una mesa de ping-pong, grandes terrazas-solarium, piscina privada y jardín privado.

La casa esta situada a 60 kilómetros del areopuerto de Mallorca, aproximadamente a una hora en coche.

Wonderful home in Cala d’Or

Our extended family had a wonderful stay at your home in CalaDOr. We enjoyed the pool and the beach…and the views! The area was quiet and yet you can walk to restaurants, the marina and the beach. We took several trips to other areas of Mallorca from our home base.

Amazing host, perfect location, spacious and clean house and beautiful swimming pool. All of it contributed to our perfect holiday. That’s the place where we would love to stay again when we visit Mallorca again

Amazing- can’t wait to come back!

The villa was stunning, very clean and a lovely welcome from Pere, the owner who showed us everything the villa had to offer. Great location with the beach only a 2 min walk and the marina a 10 min walk. Nice quiet area also. Pere went above and beyond in helping us and couldn’t fault it.

Amazing House close to the sea

We had a wonderful time in the house. The view from the upper terrasse is great and the pool is big and much fun. The beautiful calla is just a few steps away. The host was super nice and provided us with everything we ask for. Thanks alot for the great stay.

Amazing location

House was better than expected, pool area gorgeous and plenty of space in bedrooms, and living areas. View of ocean. 3mins walk to beach and 10mins to Marina with all the restaurants. Quiet street not touristy, lovely houses surrounding. Shops an easy walk with a supermarket with everything you need.

Great stay in September

We totally loved our stay with 3 kids and our nanny! Just a walking distance to a small beach with a bar and to the marina. Absolutely quiet and exclusive. Thanks Pere for being a great host allowing very late check out. You will be missed!

The villa, its location and host was fantastic.

Fab villa with everything you would want and more. The out door space was amazing expecially the very large Pool. You couldn't wish for a better location nor could you wish for a better host. If we could give it 6 stars we would. Thank you Pere for a lovely stay, look forward to seeing you again.

This villa is spectacular. Spacious, clean, well equipped, comfy beds, a TV/DVD set up that worked!, wonderful pool (10m x 5m), kids toys and inflatables, pool/beach towels provided, cushions for the 10 sun loungers, decent air conditioning, loads of off road parking, table tennis…. The host, Pere, is kind, takes a real pride in his villa, and we were left with no doubt that if there had been any issues (there weren’t) he would have sorted them out asap. A welcome pack of food and drink was also supplied. Toilet paper was supplied for the week, bedding and towels were changed half way through the week, and the pool was unobtrusively maintained several times during our stay.Lastly, location is brilliant. The villa is on a lovely quiet lane. There is a small beach about 100m away. Cala Egos centre for restaurants / bars / shops is a 5 minute walk. Cala D’Or marina is a 10 minute walk. Cala D’or nightlife centre is 5 minutes in the car or a 25 minute walk away. Really this is one of the best, if not the best, of the many villas we have stayed at over the years. Credit goes to Pere for the high quality experience we enjoyed.

Great property in fantastic location

The Villa is in an excellent location. We had a car but absolutely no need. Less than 100 yds to a lovely beach with bar and restaurant. The villa and pool were excellent. Pool shaded too much in October but assured its fine in summer. Will be back

Great villa in excellent location

This villa is prefect for families. Great size, plenty of bathrooms. Clean and tidy,. Veranda is great for a BBQ. The pool is the real showstopper.....good size and deep so great for proper swimming and fun in the pool. Close to all amenities, supermarket less than 5 mins walk away, along with restaurants. The marina which is fab is less than 10 mins walk and there are excellent restaurants there. Small beach just around corner. Pere, the owner, makes sure you have everything you need. Would go back.

Fabulous Spacious Villa in Excellent Location !

Recently had the pleasure of spending 8 nights in this lovely property ! A group of 6 family members ranging from our 2 yr old grandson to our Mothers in their 80's. The villa was spacious enough to allow everybody their own space, 3 of the bedrooms on the ground floor were ideally situated with patio doors leading out onto the poolside, first floor 4th bedroom, lounge, kitchen and outside terraces all overlooked the poolside below and sea beyond. We were welcomed by Pere the owner, who made our stay very comfortable and stress free, and was on hand to help with any queries and to book airport transfers. The location is perfect, being just a short stroll from the beach and 10 mins walk to the Marina of Cala dOr. Needless to say everybody enjoyed a very relaxing holiday, chilling by the gorgeous pool. Would highly recommend - we'll definitely book this villa again !

Ten days of bliss

Clearly attention to detail when it comes down to cleanliness and paintwork. My husband was especially appreciative that the ironwork round the balcony was washed! We had a day of heavy rain and the very next day the pool was emptied of debris and the area was swept. Location was super as restaurants, cafes and bars were within easy reach, less than 10 mins. Coffee bar overlooking the sea was literally at the end of the road. I was worried that Cala D'or was too far to walk but after using the road train once we got the gist and walking was about 20 minutes up/down the hill. Unfortunately the plastic pollution in the sea was as bad as a well known review site review had pointed out but the pool was large and clean and our preference anyway. Although a road outside the villa you'd never know. A very quiet neighbourhood. Pere was on hand so quickly if there was any query or we needed something without him being intrusive. A really enjoyable stay. Thank you very much for having us all.

Das Rundum-sorglos-Paket

Wir hatten einen traumhaften Urlaub in dieser wunderschönen Villa. Alles war perfekt! Vor allem der Pool und die zentrale, aber trotzdem ruhige Lage waren super. Nur ein paar Schritte und man ist an einer süßen, kleinen Badebucht. Absolut begeistert waren wir von Pere und seiner Mutter, die sich so nett um uns gekümmert haben. Am Ankunftstag hat er uns mit dem Auto zum Supermarkt gefahren, weil es schon kurz vor Ladenschluss war, am letzten Tag hat ein Großraumtaxi für die Fahrt zum Flughafen besorgt. Eine von uns kaputt gemachte Liege wurde einfach repariert und einmal wurde das Haus geputzt und die Handtücher gewechselt. Wir hatten bisher auf Mallorca immer schöne Häuser mit netten Besitzern/Verwaltern, aber dieser Urlaub hat alle anderen noch getoppt. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!
