Finca Moya in Pollensa

Traditional farmhouse in a peaceful valley close to Pollensa. Finca Moya is set in the beautiful countryside approximately 7 kilometres from Pollensa old town. The house offers marvellous views of the countryside and has been lovingly renovated with a fusion of modern and rustic furnishings and décor. The outdoor is wide and open, with the large private pool as a centre point.

Finca Moya is set in a quiet and peaceful valley close to Pollensa. Hikers and mountain bikers can start their mountain tours directly at the doorstep. The beautiful old town of Pollensa is at approximately 4 kilometres distance. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa is also at 4 kilometres travelling distance from Finca Moya. The long seafront promenade has splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor and is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Moya is a lovely traditional country house with a lot of character and personal flair. Old an new have been very well combined to create a loving and welcoming ambiance on two floors.

Ground floor: Lounge dining area with comfortable sofa seating, TV with satellite channels and a DVD and dining facilities, fully equipped kitchen, one full bathroom.

First floor: Two double bedrooms (one en suite with a shower room), one twin room and a single room, another full bathroom.

All the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning on a timer from 8:00 PM to 06:00 AM (these times cannot be extended and/or changed).

With an external access there is a laundry room with a washing machine and sink.

Outside Finca Moya offers various furnished terraces, plenty of sun terracing around the large private pool and spectacular views of the countryside. The swimming pool has a Roman steps entrance at one end and an open air shower. There is also a built in barbecue to the side of the house with table and benches and a lawned area to one side for the children to play on.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
Air-conditioning in bedrooms running on a timer for 10 hours from 20:00 to 06:00 hours. (These times cannot be extended and/or changed).
No pets please.

Minimum stay is one week.
Weekly cleaning and linen change are included.
