Finca Paquita in Pollensa

Finca with spectacular views in the picturesque Son March Valley, close to Pollensa. Finca Paquita is a tastefully furnished holiday home and offers nice terraces, a beautiful pool and ample lawns.

Finca Paquita is located in the beautiful Son March Valley at about 5 kilometres distance from Pollensa. Pollensa is a particularly beautiful village with a popular main square framed by cafés and restaurants. The narrow cobbled alleys are lined by traditional shops, boutiques, restaurants and cafés. On Sundays they stage one of the most popular and beautiful markets of the islands, with stalls running throughout the old town and its central square. The Plaza Mayor is also the place visit during the week to observe the daily live in this nice little town on one of the shady terraces of the cafés and restaurants.

The vivid harbour of Pollensa is approximately 12 kilometres away and has a long seafront promenade with splendid views of the Pollensa bay and Cap Formentor. It is lined by restaurants, bars, cafés and shops. The long sandy beach offers all amenities like sunbed hire, beach bars, showers and shops in walking distance. Due to this infrastructure and the shallow waters it is ideal for families.

The area around Pollensa is popular with cyclers, bikers and hikers alike, due to the wide variety of routes and tracks leading through the mountains. Golfer have the choice between several golf courses and the bay of Pollensa is particularly famous among surfers and sailors, but also offers any kind of other popular water sports.

Finca Paquita is a comfortable and lovingly furnished house with all rooms on a single floor. The house offers a large living/dining room, a beautiful and fully fitted kitchen with breakfast corner, two twin bedrooms and two full bathrooms. All bedrooms are fitted with built-in cupboards and air-conditioning. One of the twin bedrooms is equipped with a television set and DVD player. In line with local energy saving initiatives, the air conditioning of the bedrooms is running on a timer from 8:00 PM to 06:00 AM - these times cannot be extended and/or changed.


Finca Paquita has extended lawns, a beautiful pool with stunning views and a large covered terrace with views of the garden and the Tramuntana mountain range in the background. There is also a brick-built BBQ for cooking outside.

Children are welcome, a cot and a high chair are available free on request.
No pets please.
In line with local energy saving initiatives, the air conditioning is running on a timer from 8:00 PM to 06:00 AM - these times cannot be extended and/or changed.

Minimum stay is one week. During high season arrival and departure can only be on Saturdays. During low season additional days can be added.
Cleaning once a week and linen change are included in the price.
