Great room. Had lots of things you need. We have stayed at Shores of Panama many times and always had a wonderful time.

The only thing that was bad are the elevators.Sometimes it took 20-30 minutes to get in one.

Enjoyable stay at your facilities. Had no trouble at all and the condo was clean and comfortable.

The elevators are TERRIBLE, along with the parking garage. This condo is on the 17th floor and your parking is on the 9th floor. We were told by a worker on day 1 that we could park both our vehicles by each other, 4 days into the vacation one of our cars was towed and it was 262 to get the car out. The bedding was dirty, there was trash and crumbs from food left under one of the beds, the living room table had syrup and crumbs left on it as well. Pool is big but always PACKED. Also 3 rows of beach chairs/umbrellas take up majority of the beach in front of condo. Would give 3/5 rating, def won’t be coming back to this condo.

Although the unit & pool were nice & enjoyable, staying here was a very frustrating experience. We will NOT stay here ever again. CHECK IN WAS AWFUL! Parking is HORRIBLE! Someone was parked in our designated spot, so we had to park in another spot. We were threatened with being towed multiple days, but they wouldn't make the people in our spot leave. Its a 3 bedroom unit. There were 9 of us staying. Only 10 allowed in unit at all times. We had friends come visit & we had to juggle things around constantly to accommodate a few visitors. Then on top of spending 5 HOURS to check in, the next morning at 8AM the fire alarm went off for the whole complex for a very long time for no reason. Half the time half the elevators were not working, which made for VERY long waits! Then there was construction going on, which made us constantly go around to the long way to get anywhere. Host was very slow about responding in responding to anything. PLEASE SAVE YOURSELF SOME HEARTACHE & DONT STAY HERE.

The drapes and bed shirt were dirty. The Keurig cup part of the coffee maker did not work. The condo never really got very cold stayed around 74 degrees other than that. The condo was nice and the kitchen was well equipped
