Good safe location in Surfside. Clean and comfortable, new furniture and appliances. Host was very accommodating and easy to get in touch with. Easy walk to beach. Walking distance to Publix. There is a maintenance person at the property who is very helpful for anything you might need. Highly recommend.

The weather is of course amazing. The beach activities and social life are really exciting - green markets - jazz on the beach. The quaint Surfside shopping district and Bal Harbour Shops just a short walk . Access to the many adventures that South Florida has to offer. It is also a religious center for many religions.
The quality restaurants and food diversity and unique and design shopping is just incredible. The transportation to various venues is very convenient.

There is a hiking burm on the beach, just great for exercising and just enjoying the great views and weather.

There are colorful turtle statues all around town - celebrating the towns advocacy towards the turtles.

Our historic designated buildings are featured in MSNBC best small towns in America.

I think the smaller scale with our staffs attention is just so much more captivating that large non-descript hotel properties.

Historic Designed Property from another time, when times were more relaxed and less complicated. Not overwhelmed by this uniquely designed structure. It is a little quirky. A place you can reflect and find yourself in a non threatening environment.

Just a cool place to be and hang out.

In addition to the super high-end attractions and eating options - there are those places you can just relax and enjoy.

The town is renowned for it's uniqueness and peaceful atmosphere.

The finishes and furnishings are quality and not threatening.

You will become absorbed in your space.
