Great host communication. The house was spotless upon arrival and well apportioned. Plenty of seating and space for everyone. Excellent proximity to the ND campus and surrounding attractions. Nest thermostat worked beautifully.

Perfect location!!!!! Easy walk to Eddy street, ND campus and football stadium. Beautiful charming home with 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. Very nice inside and the host has everything you will need! Extremely clean and well taken care of. We will definitely stay there again.

Perfect Location!

This is a beautifully maintained, well appointed, gorgeous home walking distance to Notre Dame. These owners thought of everything, even stocking the fridge with various drinks to enjoy. I look forward to staying here again in the near future.

Convenient, Clean and Charming

Our family enjoyed our first stay at this property so much that we returned again this trip. The house is impeccably clean with modern appliances and everything that you need for visiting South Bend.

Amazing location!

A location with unbeatable location that is clean and has an owner that is very accommodating. We had six people staying there and that was perfect. The house is older, so there are some quirks with the layout, but overall a great property.

718 St. Vincent Street was an excellent choice for our stay in South Bend! The place was spotless and very comfortable for my family. Alice was very inviting and did a fabulous job with communicating all the necessary information needed. We simply loved our stay!

Perfect ND Getaway

Host and property were top notch. Perfect location. About a million times better than an overpriced hotel room miles from campus. Park your car for the weekend and walk everywhere!

Nice and Convenient

The house is everything you want in a short term rental. It was clean, well stocked and everything worked well. Walking distance to restaurants, shops and Notre Dame. Great place!

Amazing property and location

Such an amazing historic home! The location was ideal for getting back-and-forth to campus. We loved all the special touches like having snacks and drinks there for us, a cornhole set for us to use on gameday morning, and charging plugs thoughtfully placed in the living room. We had such a great stay and the home had everything we needed. Would definitely stay here again for a game in the future!

Perfect location for ND weekend

This immaculate home is in a quaint neighborhood that is less than a 10 minute walk to campus. There were snacks and beverages available at our arrival and the owners were readily available by text or call. We will stay there again and again!

We wanted a house with a backyard as close to campus as possible! Being near to Eddy Street restaurants, shopping, and Trader Joe's was a big plus too.

Superior location off Notre Dame Avenue - very short 5 minute walk to campus, or to convenient dining and shopping options along Eddy Street. Exceptionally clean, fully-equipped, and well maintained house located on a tree-lined street, with lovely neighbors, sidewalks, and plenty of parking.
