Welcome to Mini Villa on Madison, a beautifully landscaped private retreat designed for
comfort, relaxation, and convenience. This charming, separate one-bedroom villa sits on a
large, lush property offering peace of mind while preserving your
complete privacy. The extra large backyard and pool is shared with the main villa.
The villa features a comfortable private bedroom, a full bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen,
a cozy living room with a queen futon, and a dedicated dining area—perfect for both short and extended stays.

Step outside to enjoy your covered porch, ideal for morning coffee or evening relaxation. Pull back the curtains and enjoy your favorite TV show in privacy.

Guests have access to a heated pool, a private sunbathing area, and a large private yard
surrounded by mature fruit trees, creating a tranquil tropical atmosphere. The grounds are
beautifully landscaped and offer plenty of space to unwind. The Villa has free parking if
you need it. Enjoy watching TV or having a drink on your private lanai.
For active guests, tennis and pickleball courts are conveniently located directly across the
street. You’re also within walking distance to the water and just a short stroll to downtown
Hollywood, where you’ll find an incredible variety of restaurants, bars, museums, glassblowing studios, art galleries, and clubs—more than you could possibly experience in one

The owner Rick was very quick and responsive to any of our needs. Although we did not have time to use the pool, it did look very inviting and in a nice relaxed atmosphere.

We stayed at the Mini Villa for 4 weeks and could not be happier with the property and our stay. The villa was as described, and had all the items needed for short and long stays. The kitchen was well equiped for cooking and we made many meals throughout our stay. There is a small porch outside, which was great for sitting in the early morning to catch the sun, or eating a nice dinner in the evening. To top it all off there was access to the (heated) pool right outside our door, loungers to sit in by the pool, and the beautifully landscapped yard. We felt like we were in a luxurious resort. Our hosts were wonderful and very responsive. We loved our stay and hope to stay there again. We highly recommend staying here.

We booked this property expecting a private, relaxing Memorial Day weekend getaway based on the listing description, which repeatedly emphasized privacy, a private retreat atmosphere, pet-friendly accommodations, and access to outdoor amenities.That was not our experience.The host lives on the property, which became immediately apparent upon arrival, and the environment felt far less private than advertised. During our stay, a situation escalated with the host in a way that made us feel extremely uncomfortable and unwelcome. Rather than addressing concerns professionally, the interaction became confrontational and included threats of police involvement.What was especially frustrating is that this occurred after we had already checked in and settled into the property, meaning our holiday weekend plans were effectively ruined after spending nearly 1,000.The property itself may physically match the basic layout described, but the overall guest experience was the complete opposite of peaceful or hospitable. If you are looking for a truly relaxed, private getaway where you can feel comfortable using the amenities you paid for, this was not that experience for us.I rarely leave negative reviews, but future guests deserve to understand that the host’s level of involvement and the atmosphere may be very different from what the listing suggests.

I'm sorry you did not enjoy your stay. I think the problem might have been not reading the property information before coming. It started off with them sneaking in 2 dogs we do not allow dogs unless discussed first. Second the house rules clearly state no parties or events. On day two they started sneaking in people for a party, this is against house rules. If you are a host I would not rent to them. I had to hire a cleaning company to come in and do a deep clean to remove all of the dog hair off the furniture and flooring. A clear misunderstanding of the house rules. All other guests have left us 10 stars.

Incredibly attentive and the site had everything we could possibly need even if we didn't originally account for it! It was a oheno experience and the location is stunning at night as well. Absolutely recommend anytime you find yourself in Florida
