Perfect location to walk to and enjoy Alki waterfront. Amazingly CLEAN, well stocked with quality in everything, beautiful decor, new home, comfortable, inviting and the best host. Great for older grandparents with bedrooms on the ground floor. Will definitely stay here again. Rooftop area is fabulous! Highly recommend. Host is exceptional and had a lovely welcome basket for us.

Great property! Clean and new and stocked with everything we needed. Great views from the rooftop. We enjoyed the fire pit while watching the sunset. We stayed with our three adult children and had plenty of room for everyone. Would highly recommend!

This is one of the best VRBO experiences we have had. The place is super clean and the host is amazing to work with. The location is fantastic with many walkable locations along the water including a great Italian restaurant about 100 steps away (La Rustica). Great shops including coffee are just a 20 minute walk to Alki beach. We really appreciated there is parking spot on property. The view from the rooftop is really nice and we enjoyed a few evenings up there with the fire. We highly recommend this location for your trip to West Seattle which is, by the way, conveniently located near all the tourist attractions.

The home was beautifully appointed with luxurious bedding and heated bathroom floors. Everything felt brand new and very comfortable. The kitchen had top of the line appliances and all the tools needed to cook a delicious meal.The rooftop was great with a fire feature and views of the Puget Sound and the Olympic Mountains.

It was a wonderful place to stay! I was there with family including a teenager and everyone loved the place. We enjoyed the views from the roof day and night including the blue moon in June. The home is luxurious and cozy., You could tell great care was taken to make sure everyone had a beautiful and comfortable room and space to come together to make meals, relax and have fun. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. Alki beach was just minutes away and we enjoyed our walks there. The host always answered questions promptly and was very helpful. 10 out 10!

Title: Perfect Seattle Getaway!We absolutely loved our stay in the Alki Beach area! The location was excellent, with easy access to everything Seattle has to offer. During our visit, we enjoyed Pike Place Market, the Space Needle, T-Mobile Park, the Museum of Flight, and even a day trip to Mt. Rainier.The VRBO had every amenity we could have needed—and more! Everything was updated, comfortable, and thoughtfully provided. It was clear the owners truly thought of all the little details that make a place feel like home.Our favorite spot was the rooftop patio. We loved starting our mornings there with coffee and ending our evenings enjoying the beautiful sunsets. It was such a relaxing space!Communication with the host was exceptional from start to finish. We rented a minivan, which fit perfectly in the on-site parking spot. If you have a larger vehicle, you may need to find street parking.We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back. We look forward to staying here again on our next visit to Seattle!

10 out of 10!The house was awesome. Clean, fully eqiupped, beautiful location - nothing we would change.It was just as nice as in the fotos. There was nothing we missed, and the views were such a big plus. The host is really helpful, very obliging and we always got a fast response. Before, during and after our stay.The neighborhood sorrounding the house is nice and quiet and in just a few minutes you can take a walk at the waterfront. Yet still it's just a short drive to downtown via car, ferry or bus.It was just an awesome stay in general. Everything went smooth and I would 100% recommend.

Modern Elegance is what comes to mind when I think of this property. The pictures don't do it justice you truly have to just see for yourself. Rooftop veiw is amazing a long with rooftop amenities. We all agreed the best part of our trip was the condo. Jon is a great host, very friendly and responsive. If you want to treat yourself STAY HERE!!

We had an outstanding stay at this home! From the moment we walked in, it was clear this was a truly high-end property. The house was spotless, beautifully designed, and finished with quality materials and furnishings throughout. Every detail had been thoughtfully considered, and it felt more like staying in a luxury home than a vacation rental.The location was fantastic—close enough to enjoy everything West Seattle and Alki have to offer while still being in a quiet, relaxing neighborhood. The rooftop deck was a highlight, with incredible views that made for the perfect place to unwind in the evenings.The home was spacious, comfortable, and exceptionally well-equipped. Everything we needed was provided, and communication with the host was excellent from start to finish.Our family had an amazing time, and this was easily one of the nicest VRBOs we've ever stayed in. We wouldn't hesitate to book this home again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxury stay in West Seattle.

Visited for 2 nights. The place was immaculate. Clean as a whistle, beautiful home, plenty of space. Everything was brand new from furniture, appliances, bedding. You will NOT find a cleaner and newer place. Bathrooms and bedrooms were amazing. Living room and kitchen were tremendous, and top it off with a wonderful rooftop hang out area where you can enjoy the views. My family could have stayed here a week and not get tired of the stay. Easy walk to the water, and restaurants are only a couple min drive away. Easy drive to downtown and the airport. Would absolutely come back. And Jon was very easy to deal with, great host and they also provided a welcome kit with snacks and waters, simple WiFi scan bar code got right on. Made the little things easy. Soaps and shampoos, everything. Wonderful place. Almost too good to be true.
