The house is situated on an incredible boulder mountain in the Western Hills of Yucca Valley. You will be mesmerized watching the sun rise in the east every morning and it is unmatched to anything you will have experienced before. We’re in a beautiful peaceful neighborhood of Yucca Valley 6 miles from Joshua Tree National Park, and shops, retail, and restaurants are all nearby.

You will need a car, and ride shares and taxis are also available.

- Outdoor Surveillance: We have one security camera facing the driveway. None inside none in the back

- Wildlife: this is the rural desert and we share the space with the wildlife. You may encounter desert ants, mice, coyotes, or if you’re lucky a bobcat.

- Noise ordinance:
Quiet hours are 10pm-7am. No external speakers allowed.

- SMOKING POLICY
No smoking inside the house. Smoke residue will result in excessive cleaning fees

- Restricted Areas:
Any locked closet, space marked “owner”, or other is restricted. If forcibly entered or contents disturbed; you could be held liable for any damaged or unaccounted for item.

HOT TUB
- Hot Tub Use: We will keep the hot tub clean, sanitized and balanced at all times.
- Please rinse off any oils, lotions, or substances before entering the spa, as these can affect water quality and cause discoloration.
- Be sure to keep the cover on when not in use, especially since we're in the desert and debris can easily get into the water.
- Any misuse of the hot tub may result in an additional charge for extra maintenance
