ARN213 - Home was completely renovated and updated to modern standards for the comfort of our guests.
This house is walking distance to all the amenities you would desire. Beautifully renovated beach house with full kitchen, bathroom, sitting and dining area upstairs. 3 bedrooms located upstairs. Large outdoor deck with an open back yard. Downstairs holds a large common room with a sectional sofa (queen), futon (full for bed sizes), as well as a full bathroom and it's own door. This can easily be used as a fourth bedroom. Foosball table added for some additional fun!!!
NEW INGROUND POOL - 6 beach badges are provided, 2 driveway parking spots
Walking distance to downtown Point Pleasant Beach, easy access to all of the restaurants and boutiques. Grocery store and amenities within walking distance. Also few minute walk from the central boardwalk area.
Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supercedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
