First level is open design with high end finishes and all conveniences, half bath, laundry and direct access to yard or garage which has game tables available for indoor fun. Bedroom on this level is a junior suite with private covered deck, full bath and pull out sofa which makes this a great flex option for entertaining or for sleeping when needed. Sleeper sofa also in living room. Upstairs is another 2 bedrooms and hall bath, SECOND LAUNDRY ROOM and the gorgeous master suite. Rental includes 6 badges to the Elizabeth-Carter Private Beach and pets will be considered!

Shore Points Vacations cancellation policy supersedes any policy advertised or insinuated on other marketplaces. The terms of our lease/rental agreement shall prevail. View our rental agreement for full terms & conditions, however should you wish to cancel your reservation then this is to be requested in writing to Shore Points Vacations. In short, the reservation must be re-booked for any refund to be offered unless otherwise agreed to by the property owner. Trip cancellation insurance is also available and costs about half of what the taxes would cost you which we are exempted from. Shore Points Vacations will do everything in our power to accommodate, as it is our mission to provide an exceptional experience and to become your top choice for your beach vacation every year! If you do not agree with our terms you should not book this rental.
