Los conciertos en la playa con exhibiciones de fuegos artificiales entretienen durante los veranos de Squan hasta el 2 de septiembre.

Un embarcadero artificial que protege la entrada del río Manasquan es un lugar privilegiado para pescar, al igual que la barandilla a lo largo de la entrada de la avenida Riverside.

Great location right on the beach - very clean with lots of nice extras - beach chairs, surf boards, bicycles, etc. Very attentive host! Great stay!

Comfortable, clean, roomy, very convenient to the beach.

Can only say wonderful things about this rental! Comfortable, clean, roomy, so close to the sand and waves and to fishing in the inlet. James is available anytime via text or phone call. We've been renting a beach house in Manasquan for 4 summers now this one is the best for the 7 of us so far!! The small deck is a lovely place to spend time eating or reading or just chatting because there was a breeze almost the whole time to cool us from the heat. We were very fortunate with the weather and water. Both were ideal. Thank you James, we had a wonderful week in your fun themed vacation home. Oh, and the Thursday night fireworks -a real hit!

Late Summer Visit

This place was great and plenty of room for 4 adults. Lots to do and lots to eat within just minutes from the house. Highly recommend this place for the quintessential Jersey Shore experience!

Comfortable house with great location

Comfortable house with updated kitchen and hardwood floors. Location was steps from the beach and inlet for fishing, watching the boats and a walk on the path. James is a great host and very responsive (he stopped by to unclog a bathroom sink). Highly recommend!!

Amazing place & experience in Manasquan!!

We rented this house for 4th of July week this year & everything was perfect! The location of the house is amazing, steps from beach & boardwalk and walking distance to restaurants, bars, cafes, etc. James was a great host & made sure we had everything we needed prior to our stay including beach badges, a ton of beach chairs & more. We will be coming back!!!

Perfect Beach House!

This place was 20 steps from the beach! Nothing better than an ocean view while enjoying morning coffee on a boardwalk bench. The house had a large kitchen and dining area which was perfect for a large family gathering. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans, plates, glasses, mugs, flatware. The furniture was very confortable and in great condition. James was very easy to communicate with and was very responsive.

Lovely property with access to the beach

Our group had a lovely time in Manesquan for an extended weekend..The home is conveniently located near the beach and is roomy. The property owner is readily available for any issues and quick to respond to inquiries. Highly recommend this property.

Perfect beach house!

Location, location, location! Couldn’t ask for more than being a few steps from the beach. Close enough to walk back to the house for lunch or even just to use the bathroom. Loved the garage access - arriving at night in the pouring rain with two babies was tough, but being able to unload everything in the garage was amazing. Things other renters may want to know: -Bathtub stopper didn’t work (unless I was doing something wrong), so that made bathing a toddler difficult. -Coffee maker is a Keurig; there’s no french press or anything if you bring your own ground coffee. -If you’re a person who likes to clean up the sand after a day at the beach, there’s no vacuum, just a broom. -Enough beach chairs and towels for a large group of people! Overall a fabulous house in a fabulous location. Host was generous and communicative. Would definitely stay here again!

Great place, great owner, great time

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this location. This part of Manasquan is excellent with lots going on but enough away from the party scene to make it enjoyable for a family. The house is steps from the beach and a couple good food spots, has two parking spots and is altogether very accessible. The homeowner checked in and was very accommodating and made us feel at home. The homeowner clearly takes pride in the home and your experience which is important. The Kitchen appliances were relatively new and in good order, the place had several TVs and good wifi signal. We would stay here again.

Perfect Location

This was an awesome stay for about 3 couples, it was clean, plenty of room to stay, working grill for burgers and dogs, walking distance to beach is an under statement. Great stay, we had an awesome weekend.

Great Place!

This house has everything you need for a great vacation down the shore. Steps from the beach and inlet and it’s super clean with spacious, kitchen, bathrooms, living areas and a friendly, helpful host. It was really nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, towels all there and waiting for us to use.

As advertised

Very nice stay with my wife and 4 month old. Some family popped in and out, the house was well equipped for it. Parking for 2 cars was no problem, if you have additional cars you can get crafty with street parking in the evening. Weekends get busier and lots of people looking for spots, but overall the area is pretty quiet and great location to the Beach. James was a great host. Will stay again!
