We make sure to have our cleaners take pictures of before and after this. We do keep staff on hand 24/7 and had we known prior we could have sent someone out for the issues you experienced. We have looked into this and found that the technician discovered an issue with the heat during a preventative maintenance walk-through prior to your arrival. He was able to correct the issue during this visit, however, returned to the cabin to make sure that the issue was truly resolved. This was an honest mistake on our part, as he did not realize that you had already checked in. We value your privacy and can assure you, this is not our policy to walk in on any of our guests. We sincerely apologize for any discomfort this caused for you and your daughter. We hope you will consider staying with us again.
