Villa Las Malagueñas is a charming 3-bedroom tropical villa located in downtown Las Terrenas, in the lively Abra Grande neighborhood. Enjoy an authentic Dominican atmosphere with daily local life all around, while being just a 4-minute drive from Punta Popi Beach, restaurants, and shops. The villa features A/C in all bedrooms, Wi-Fi, a private rooftop, terrace, shared pool, gated parking, and 24/7 security—offering the perfect balance between culture and comfort.
Villa Las Malagueñas is a bright and spacious 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom villa with a unique multi-level layout. The home features a classic Dominican style with beautiful wood details, plenty of natural light, and a warm, relaxed tropical atmosphere throughout.
When you enter the house, you arrive on the main level, where you’ll find the guest powder room, a small laundry room with the washer, the open living room, the fully equipped kitchen, the master bedroom, a full bathroom, and direct access to the private terrace. The master bedroom is equipped with a smart TV, queen bed and also has its own direct access to the terrace, making it especially comfortable and private. This level offers an easy and comfortable flow for daily living, indoors and outdoors.
From the main level, you can go downstairs to the lower level, where the two additional bedrooms and another full bathroom are located, offering privacy and separation between sleeping areas. The first bedroom downstairs features two single-size beds, and the third bedroom is equipped with a queen bed, making the layout ideal for families, couples, or groups of friends.
All three bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and fans are installed in every room for extra comfort. The villa is also equipped with an inverter system, so in case of a power outage, the regular electricity in the home continues to work, including lights, Wi-Fi, outlets, refrigerator, and fans. Please note that the air conditioners and the water dispenser do not operate on the inverter.
Guests also have access to the shared swimming pool within the residence, which is professionally maintained three times per week. The property includes private gated parking, is located inside a secure residential complex with 24/7 security, and offers reliable Wi-Fi throughout the home.
Guests have full private access to the entire villa during their stay, including all indoor living areas, the private terrace, and the bedrooms on both levels. You will also have access to the shared swimming pool within the residence, as well as private gated parking inside the complex.
The property is located inside a gated residence with 24/7 security, and the security guard lives directly on site, meaning there is always someone present in the complex if anything is needed. This provides extra peace of mind while still allowing you to come and go freely.
The rooftop level is accessible if needed, although it is not furnished as an outdoor living space. You will be the only guests staying inside the villa—nothing is shared inside the home.
We are available before, during, and after your stay if you need anything at all. Whether it’s for recommendations, questions about the villa, or assistance during your stay, you can always reach us by message. We respect our guests’ privacy, but we’re never far if you need support.
There is also a dog living in the complex who is a bit shy and may bark at times. He is not aggressive at all—just easily startled and best ignored.
NOTE1: Like the majority of the rental properties in Las Terrenas, the electricity consumption is invoiced separately. It is currently priced at 15 DOP per Kw/h (15 Dominican Pesos per Kilowatt/hour). A picture of the electric meter will be taken at arrival and at departure. This way, electricity consumption will be calculated and can be paid directly in cash to your host upon check-out.
NOTE2: Credit card processing is handled by Stripe, secured and encrypted end-to-end for peace of mind. Credit card detail the guest enters is securely transmitted to Stripe, and Stripe handles all processing. A fee of 4.95% will be applied. This fee is also applied in the event of cancellations.
NOTE3: A refundable security deposit of 500USD is held on the guest`s credit card on the day of arrival and will be released after check-out inspection.
