Nuestra villa ofrece todas las comodidades modernas para que sus vacaciones en Las Terrenas una para nunca olvidar.

Usted puede relajarse en su piscina privada, rodeada de un exuberante jardín tropical con toda tranquilidad y privacidad.
La playa está a sólo 3 minutos a pie.

Even better than pictured. Very clean and spacious. Well appointed kitchen. Large couches inside and out, dining table and pool chairs with enough seating for the group. Good communication. Very detailed check in information and detailed answers to all questions. Also great recommendation for day trip driver.

We stayed here with our 4 kids. There was plenty of room and the house was exceptionally clean. Nathalie was great to work with and addressed small problems very quickly. The location was great. We would certainly work with Nathalie again when we return.

Be prepared to pay electricity at check in with U.S. dollars. Mostly use pesos. Get them before you get to country. A lot of ATMs don’t have money.l. Bring bug spray. House is beautiful. Great location. Beautiful beaches. We could walk to everything!!!! Brush up on your Spanish. They do not speak English in restaurants. And, of course, we should speak their language when in their country. And it is an absolutely beautiful area! You will enjoy your stay!!! We did!!! Thank you for a wonderful vacation spot!!!!

Family New Year's in Las Terrenas

It was a wonderful stay in Las Terrenas! The Villa is as described, a short walk to the beach and plenty of space to spread out and enjoy. When not at the beach or eating delicious food, we enjoyed lounging in the sunny yard by the pool. There is the BEST pizza (Pulcinella il gusto di napoli), a colmado (convenience store for chips and cold drinks), and an amazing Italian restaurant (Restaurante Plaza Delfin) maybe a 1/2 block outside the Villa gate. And a little further down a larger market to buy groceries...and of course, the beach! We used Flora Tours, recommended by host, for amazing ATV and Waterfall adventures. We flew into Punta Cana and the host arranged a wonderful driver to pick us up. As he lives in the area, we messaged him for multiple rides to different locations in Las Terranas and asked his recommendations. He was very accommodating and arranged other drivers when he was not available. Our favorite beach was Playa Bonita because it was just gorgeous, and the kids rented surf boards and loved that. We enjoyed beach walks to wonderful restaurants and shops. The host had great recommendations for restaurants. I highly recommend this property; with a short walk you will find a beach to enjoy and plenty of restaurants and bars!

Quiet stay in Las Terrenas

Our family of five stayed at the Villa with my Mum. We liked the size of the bedrooms at the Villa and that each had air conditioning! There was enough room for all of our clothing in both dresser and drawers. The simple, contemporary decor was really nice especially the outside table, chairs and couch. The kids enjoyed the pool as did we for a dip in the hot afternoons. The neighborhood is quiet. There were a couple things that we didn't like. There is no microwave, which is something we are accustomed to having. The carport was more of a hindrance than useful since we had a minivan and had to maneuver into a small parking area because the carport was in the way. The neighborhood is all enclosed behind walls so you cannot park outside the gate because there isn't room. I would recommend either extending the carport to cover the whole parking area or remove completely. At first we also did not like the fact that the property is not on the beach and is too far to walk so we drove. We thought this was a negative at first until we realized that we got to see more and different beaches because of this. The other negative is having to pay for electricity as this is generally included in rental costs. I think asking visitors to limit air conditioning use to just nighttime might be better than asking people to pay for all electricity used. It was a turn off. Be ended up worrying about energy consumption and checking the meter outside daily to make sure we weren't using too much. Overall though, we were happy with the Villa and enjoyed chatting with Natalie and Johan. Nice people and impressive that Natalie speaks 4 languages!

Hello I'm extremely surprised to get this review, but anyway thanks for the suggestions. Concerning the electricity consumption. Nowhere in Las Terrenas or Samana you can rent a decent Villa ( that has AC) without having to pay extra for the electricity consumption. When you inquired for my Villa , you were very well aware in advance before booking, that this had to be paid extra. Simply, because the electricity in LT is one of the most expensive in the world and I just can't estimate how much AC guests will use. Some guests just pay $20/week some $100/week or even more. If I have to include this in the rental rate, well the price would be much higher/week. I think this arrangement is more fair. I hope you understand this. No, we are not 'on' the beach but 300 meters (0,18mi) from the beach , what is also clear in the listing details and in the mails before making your reservation. My past guests never experienced the 4minute walk as too long. Yes,we don't have a microwave, but a fully functional oven that heats, bakes & grills :-) . If I knew you were in need of a microwave, you could have told me so…and I would have been happy to hook you up with one the same day. I'm very sorry to know you felt a bit stressed on your holiday about the use of AC. I regularly checked on you during your stay and tried to reply as soon as possible to text messages, mails any any other questions you had during your stay. I had the impression you were very happy and relaxed upon check-out. So that's why this review is a bit of a surprise. Overall you were very pleasant guests to have in the house.

A beautiful, modern villa

Our group of 7 enjoyed our visit to Las Terrenas and our stay at the villa. It’s a gorgeous place – bright, very clean and modern with plenty of space, comfortable furniture and bedding. The kitchen is well stocked and we appreciated having laundry facilities. The porch is huge, and a great hang-out spot. Nathalie is a terrific manager – very responsive to our inquiries, always organized and willing to help out however we wanted. She is well-connected to reliable, well-run services such as shuttles and excursions. Sound carries easily in the complex, so you’ll hear your neighbours if they’re outside enjoying themselves, and there are frequent sounds of motorcycles or ATVs. The pool is unheated, often in shade, so in the winter months it’s pretty cool. The beach is a quick, easy walk although if you want chair rentals, it’s another 10-15 minutes but who minds a walk on the beach?! The town of Las Terrenas is charming, safe and a great “local” experience. Overall, a wonderful stay!

Thank you Doug for your review. Sorry but heated pools don't really exist in our area. Although the outside temperature is nice during the winter , the pool water can be cooler. As of course it is also here winter :-) Where the sun is different positioned between DEC-JAN Sorry about the noise of the neighbors during a few nights, but is was during NEW Year period .. so people tent to make some noise on those days.

We loved the Villa!

Our family of four adults all enjoyed the villa very much for the ten days we where there! The Villa is extremely clean and well maintained with a beautiful setting to enjoy. The villa has a nice balance of in and outdoor space and plenty of room for everyone to enjoy themselves. The villa has all the modern features to make it very easy to settle in quickly. The location is close to the beach and plenty of excellent restaurants and beach bars. The Delphin at the beginning of the Villas road is delicious and a special place, a must go to place! It’s an easy walk to spectacular beaches with lovely sand and warm waters. Nathalie is a real professional and excellent with communication and making sure we had an easy arrival and departure from the VIlla. She lives local and knows the area and can answer all you questions. We hope to return again, we really loved the area and there is so much to do on the Samana peninsula. Rent a quad, do some tours with Terry’s Tours, eat delicious food at the many restaurants and enjoy the beautiful Villa! Thank you Nathalie and we will see you again!!!

A beautiful house!

We so enjoyed our stay in Las Terranas. A beautiful beach right at the end of the road, walking distance to all you need and a great house to relax in at the end of the day. The housekeeper Louisa was wonderful and cooked us a delicious Dominican meal one night. We loved the space of the home and it had everything we needed. Nathalie responded to us within minutes with any questions or needs we had. The Dominican was a wonderful vacation spot for our family. Thank you Nathalie!

VILLA JONA is a Great Vacation Location

Our vacation - for our family of 7 - was fantastic. Nathalie was a very attentive owner and the Villa was everything as promised. It was a short walk down the back alley to the beach and another short walk to the outskirts of Town. We did a lot of walking and that was good. We rented a car and drove from Santa Domingo. Ride was ok - if you rent a car, especially a mini van - be sure to confirm the vehicle. We landed late and Thrifty gave our car away. We ended up with a large vehicle from another company and twice the price! The Villa was exactly how it appeared in the pictures. If we needed something or had a question, Nathalie was there to help. The Villa was very secure - we had 5 kids with us and we felt very safe! We did the National Park excursion. It was fun bit one too many caves to explore. The half day excursion to the waterfall was also good. Bring shoes to go through water with. We shopped at the supermarket and used the grill to cook. We ate out - food was reasonably priced. Thank you Nathalie for providing a spacious clean Villa in a great location.

Excellent séjour !

A côté de la plage et du centre de Las Terrenas, c'est une très belle maison avec tout le confort et une propreté irréprochable, tout est aménagé avec goût. Les propriétaires sont particulièrement organisés, tout se fait rapidement au check in et check out ! Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans cette maison, nous reviendrons !

An amazing house

We stayed at Villa Jona for 10 days in August. The house is amazing and is just like it looks in the photos. Nathalie was a great host and was always on call should we need anything. She answered questions and organized a cook and a massage (which was excellent). We only used the air conditioner is two bedrooms at night and we paid around $40 for 10 days. The house is fairly central to everything. We had a car because we had our older in-laws with us who have trouble walking and it was certainly useful but if walking is no problem I don't think a car is necessary. People drive a little crazy so you need to be a confident driver. The best beach is down the street and to the left. If you go a little further than the restaurants and bars you can find a spot of sand to yourself. Playa Bonita is also beautiful if you don't mind a little surf. I would highly recommend Villa Jona to anyone looking for peaceful getaway in a comfortable house. We'll be back!

Superbe location

Merci Nathalie pour votre accueil et pour cette magnifique maison. Elle est très bien équipée et la piscine est vraiment un plus. Le nettoyage de de celle-ci et le ménage effectués tous les 2 jours sont vraiment appréciable. La situation géographique est optimale pour gravité sur Las Terenas tout en étant au calme. A recommander sans hésitation. Voyage en famille (2 adultes et 3 enfants) pendant 15 jours en juillet/août 2016

Amazing house and location.

Don't pass this villa up! I can not say enough about this place! It is exactly as the pictures show. Nathalie's villa is immaculate! The home is extremely well-kept and well-appointed. The pool was perfect for the hot days in the DR. Electricity is expensive in the DR but even after a week there we only used $40 worth. All the windows have screens and plantation blinds, there are ceiling fans in all the rooms so the house stays very cool, we only used the AC in the evenings when we slept. They left us with 10gallons of water for drinking and cooking, a local cell phone incase we wanted to order delivery, completely unexpected and very appreciated. They also left us a Las Terrenas map and a house binder of all the need to know, food to eat and places to see guide. Nathalie and her husband were always a call, text or a walk across the drive if you need them. They give you absolute privacy though. We spent 15 days in Dominican Republic, 7 in Punta Cana, 7 in Las Terrenas and our last night back in Punta Cana before flying home. Las Terrenas and Nathalie's villa were by far my husband and I's favorite. The food is incredible, the people are kind and always helpful. Don't be afraid to jump on the back of someone's atv or bike and grab a ride to the beach or local shop! The beach is only 350 meters away and if you head to the beach and go left 1/2 mile you'll end up at Las Ballenas beach which is very nice !

Great holiday

We loved our stay at Nathalie's and in Las Terrenas. We were a family of 6 (4 young adults) and the space worked really well for us to gather for games and meals. Having maid service was really helpful and the welcome basket was a nice touch. Nathalie was very helpful and responsive. Beaches are beautiful and we loved exploring the town. We would recommend Nathalie's home and Samana to anyone looking for comfort with some adventure thrown in. It would be a good idea to reserve quad(s) if you go at a busy time.

Great spot to hang-out with friends and family

My wife and our four adult children spent a Holiday Season week at Nathalie's villa in Las Terrenas and loved it! The villa was spacious, well-equipped, well-maintained and nicely located in a secure compound just a short walk from the beach, and a moderate walk to the many shops and services of Las Terrenas. We rented an ATV to explore the broader area around Las Terrenas, but could easily have walked to everywhere we needed for a self-catered week on the beach. The main-floor configuration offers a wonderful outdoor-feel in the main living areas, and plenty of room to read, nap, play games, prepare meals and gather around the table. Three maid service visits during the week, and the nearby support Nathalie provided, helped make our visit absolutely wonderful!

Loved It !

My husband, his brother and wife, and I spent the week at Nathalie's home and had an incredible time. The home is just as perfect as it looks in the photos -- easily accommodating the four of us. Nathalie and her husband left us a welcome basket full of local fruits and rum, starting the trip off right. Nathalie was nearby if we needed her and was happy to help us arrange a taxi to explore other parts of Samana. The house is in the perfect location between the town and some of the most beautiful beaches I've ever seen. We rented quads for the week, which we parked in the driveway and made getting around town and to the beaches incredibly easy. Even without them, most things are within walking distance. Everyone we met in Las Terrenas was friendly and welcoming. We'll be back!

Five star Stay and Service !

We are a family of six; my husband and our three kids and my mom. Upon our arrival at the airport the taxi was waiting with a sign with our names and was very professional. Upon arriving to the villa, the owners gave a us a very warm welcome . We were enchanted when the Villa appeared before us. It is a very beautiful home with a huge outside porch and the house itself is decorated with good taste. Nice open living space , clean rooms and bathrooms, fresh smelling linen and towels , good equipped kitchen, tropical garden en clean pool The house comes with a maid service 3 times a week! The proximity to playa ballenas is ideal for those looking for a quiet relaxation. We enjoyed the Pueblo what is very close by, and we rented two ATVs as recommended at the Villa and made a few excursions (to the Limon Waterfall and the Haitises Park) all of it arranged by the owners in the most professional manner. The service was impeccable, the personnel polite and attentive. We will most definitely be returning!

Exellent !

We travelled to Las Terrenas in May 2015 and found paradise. Nathalie's villa is exactly as it seems in the photos, only better! We loved waking up in the morning and eating a leisurely breakfast in the outdoor dining area, and sipping coffee poolside or in the outdoor living room/lounge area. The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the bathrooms were luxurious (great water pressure in the showers!). The pool and the yard were private and well-kept, BBQ included. It made it hard to leave! We were a short walk away from the beach (playa Las Ballenas) and from the town where you could buy fresh fruits and vegetables at local stands and daily caught fish from the pescaderia. The local taxis and motoconchos (motorcycle transport service that cost next to nothing) were stationed at the corner of our street and took us on day trips to beaches (playa Coson, playa Bonita) and other sights (Cascada El Limon). Playa Coson was especially worth the trip -- stunning, endless, sparsely populated beach with a terrific beachside restaurant. Nathalie and Johan were very helpful and well organized. They were quick to answer any questions that came up and took care of organizing our taxi ride to and from the airport. They provided lots of information about the house and about all the neighbouring services. Couldn't ask for more from our hosts! We will certainly be returning to this house again! Thanks again for a great week.

Perfect Christmas getaway

Very Nice house and really close to everything. The house owner is very helpful in everything you want to discover in the Las Terrenas area. Communication went very smoothly Kitchen is very well equipped , we could even make ice popsicles with fresh fruit juice! Nice size pool and nice porch and a garden full of colibris, they are so cute! The beach is very close by as well the peublo los pescadores with all the nice restaurants an bars. Car is not needed, but of course it is handy to have a vehicle to do groceries, although supermarkets deliver for free if you buy for over more that 100$ worth in groceries. We had a very nice stay, housekeeping included is a major plus . We also got a nice welcome set with fresh fruit, rum, beer, water, coffee & coca cola to relax on our first evening after a long flight! I would definitely recommend this place , it was the perfect Christmas getaway!

Just Perfect !

Las Terrenas is a wonderful town that has a lot to offer. Our stay in Nathalie's house was just perfect! It is very close situated to the beach, just two steps down the road....and you are right on the beach. The house is very spacious and clean , we were with a party of 6 and a child. The Villa is part of a small secured community , and that felt very safe. It was so quiet and relaxing over there! We had a lot of fun every night sipping a cocktail in our pool with ambient light.... Restaurants are very close, you can just walk...but we decided to rent a ATV just for the fun and also to do some trips Nathalie is very helpful and gives you a lot of advice for the local attractions. Must do trips: the waterfalls limon, route du café. The smart TV is a nice extra on a rainy night, we could just connect our IPad to the TV and watch our own movies ore share our pictures! Oh yes Nathalie, thanks again for the welcome present !

S U P E R

I stayed in October in Nathalie's house with a party of 4 adults and 2 children, and I loved it! It is brand new home , situated just a few steps from the lovely Ballenas Beach and its very close to the town. We actually walked a lot, since everything is so close, and supermarkets they deliver for free at the villa. The house is big enough to sleep even two families and is well equipped with all the things you need during your holiday. And most important, It is so quiet…the only things you hear are birds, crickets and the sound of the waves! Very relaxing ! Nathalie is very attentive and is always there to help you or give you tips where to eat , where to go, what activities to do... One night we booked the private cook Estrela, and the dinner she cooked was just amazing! Las Terrenas is a wonderful town , I never felt unsafe and people are so friendly over there. This was my first Dominican experience , and I'm glad I didn't go for the 'all-in formula' in an hotel. For sure, they will see me again next year!

La villa está muy bien situado, muy cerca de la playa y la ciudad.
Pero lejos de todo el ruido, en un muy alto residencia asegurada, con villas de clase alta

Cercano a zonas de Las terrenas tiene para ofrecer.
Las personas que no tienen un vehículo, no tienen que caminar mucho para tiendas de comestibles, restaurantes y bares.
