📋 Booking Requirements:

This home follows local compliance guidelines, including: • Signed rental agreement • ID verification • Security hold or as an alternative, guests may purchase a non-refundable damage waiver ($60 for your whole stay - highly recommend, most of our guests choose this). We use a secure, simple platform called Happy Guest (no app download required). It provides a private guest portal with property details and local recommendations to make your stay seamless. • Failure to provide a signed rental agreement will immediately cancel the reservation without a refund if not received 24 hours before arrival. Must be 30+ years old to book.



House rules & avoidable fees:

+ IMPORTANT please! Quiet hours: 10:00 pm - 7:00 am. Out of respect for our neighbors, this cabin does not allow any parties, events or loud gatherings - outdoor amenities are not available after 10pm.

+ Capacity is at 12 people max - no unregistered guests are allowed on premises at any time for insurance and liability.

+ Tampering, unplugging, or covering Ring Cameras (located at the lakeside area, the basement entrance, and the road-facing side of the property) is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund. The security cameras are there for the safety of you & our home.

+ No tampering/unplugging of the Wi-fi router; that is grounds for immediate reservation cancellation without refund.

+ Check-in is at 4:00 pm via a smart lock and check-out is at 10:00 am.

+ This property may not be suitable for infants or anyone with mobility-issue due to indoor and outdoor staircases.



Avoidable fees:

+ We love pets, but they are not allowed on premises (+$250 cleaning fee for each unauthorized pet).

+ No smoking anywhere on premises + no illegal substances (+$500 cleaning fee will be assessed).
