All apartments feature a balcony, two balconies, or, in some cases, a balcony terrace with access to the garden. Some suites are duplex apartments. The 3-room Seeschwalbe Sea View Suite, featuring two balconies, is a dream vacation apartment with 60 square meters of living space. It can accommodate up to 4 people. The tastefully furnished living-dining area welcomes you with a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, a cabinet, and a dining table. A TV, stereo system, and free Wi-Fi provide entertainment. The small built-in kitchen, integrated into the living area, allows you to prepare your own meals with a ceramic cooktop, oven, refrigerator with built-in freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle, toaster, and much more. You can enjoy your home-cooked meals at the dining table, or during the warmer months, savor your coffee on one of the seasonally furnished balconies facing northeast or southwest. Two separate bedrooms ensure restful nights. One features a double bed measuring 1.40 m x 2.00 m. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds. Upon arrival, your beds will already be made for you, and towels will be provided. The vacation rental features a bathroom with a shower, sink, hair dryer, and toilet. All guests have access to the 2,000-square-meter garden, which features shaded relaxation areas and lounge chairs for unwinding.
