Gather your loved ones and friends and escape together to this welcoming 8-bedroom house that is perfect for your escape on Norris Lake. Splash House is an 8 bedroom/8 bathroom home that sleeps 24 comfortably. It is located in the prestigious Twin Cove Marina neighborhood and includes a custom in-ground pool. Bring your boat to enjoy the lake. Your rental includes a boat slip at Twin Cove Marina. This amazing home is less than 10 miles from I-75 and less than than a mile from the marina. In addition to the pool, there is a hot tub, gas grill, fire pit and several areas inside and outside for dining and entertaining. The lower level has a pool table, outdoor ping pong table, arcade game, complete bar (full fridge and dishwasher), and a TV lounge area. The main level has a custom kitchen with Kitchen Aid appliances, gas cooktop and all the kitchenware and cookware essentials you will need during your stay. It is an open concept home with relaxing and spacious dining and living areas. Six of the bedrooms have ensuite baths, including the Splash Suite that also has a kitchenette and private entrance from the garage. Whether you are seeking a peaceful getaway or a place to make memories with family and friends, this gorgeous home is the perfect choice for your stay.

Perfect place to host a big family for vacation! We loved the house and there was plenty of space so that it didn’t feel like we were on top of each other. It was beautiful and well stocked. The host was very quick with answering any questions we had and we loved how it felt a bit secluded but still very close to the main highway. It was very clean and well kept.

What a great vacation home! Fully stocked with all you need and nice added extra touches. Host was great at communicating. Loved all the outdoor seating. Home was clean and well taken care of. Multi generational group and we all had things to do and that we loved about the property. Minutes from the Twin Cove Marina, conveniently located off the highway.

3 generation family of 15 have been doing family vacations for 20 yrs-one of the best equipped and clean places we’ve stayed in. Owner goes above and beyond and even provided a new griddle so could make requested pancakes for grandchild birthday! Great time!

TN Vacation Escape

Handles large groups

I hate to tell you how great this property is because we want to book again (3rd) time! The special extras and amenities are so nice. I appreciate the nice bedding and towels, the kitchen had everything we needed and the laundry facilities can’t be beat! We spent days at splashdown pool! And boating nearby is a plus.

This place has it all—- and more!

Our multi-generational family had a blast at the Splash House. The home is just beautiful and perfectly situated for Twin Cove Marina. Absolutely everything we needed was provided and we especially enjoyed the pool and decks.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful stay at the Splash House. The house is as beautiful as it is big. Ann was the best to work with! When planning a stay for a large group, I ask a lot of questions and Ann was always quick to respond, and very informative. All of us enjoyed our time staying here, and hope to return in the future
