Nestled in Ocean City, this fabulous condo offers a welcoming retreat for guests seeking comfort and convenience. Located on the 3rd floor at 11100 Coastal Highway in North Ocean City, this spacious 3-bedroom condo offers expansive ocean views and a bright coastal setting. The open, comfortable layout features two large private balconies, ideal for relaxing, dining outdoors, or soaking up the sea breeze.
The condo includes three well-appointed bedrooms, featuring a king bed, queen bed and two sets of bunk beds—perfect for families and kids. Inside, guests will enjoy generous seating throughout, a large, expansive dining room table ideal for indoor meals, and a brand-new washer and dryer, making longer stays effortless and convenient.
Guests can enjoy the expansive sundeck, complete with picnic tables and seasonal umbrella tables with chairs—perfect for sunbathing and leisurely afternoons. A brand new outdoor pool is scheduled to open in Summer 2026.

RENTAL LENGTH: During the on-season (Memorial Day to Labor Day each Summer) we rent Saturday-to-Saturday. For the rest of the year the minimum rental period is 2 nights.
