This spacious remodeled 2 bedroom 2nd floor villa is ideally located. The central location provides easy walkability to the beach, two golf courses, tennis, pickleball, bike and kayak rentals, the General Store and Alexander’s Restaurant. All within a 5 minute walk.
While in the heart of Palmetto Dunes, this split bedroom floor plan also provides a private and quiet environment. Enjoy a cup of coffee on the back deck, that overlooks a secluded branch of the lagoon system. Each bedroom has 2 queen size beds with ensuite bathrooms in both. No bed sharing for golf, pickleball or tennis foursomes, and plenty of space for a large family.
