Private Sea Pines Home w Large Deck. Great for couples!

Welcome to our beautiful home in Sea Pines on Hilton Head Island!

Sea Pines is a 5,000-acre community with private neighborhoods, a resort, forest preserve with horse stables/petting zoo (a favorite for kids), PGA Tour golf course, marina and town center with shopping and dining options. There are many restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, tennis, pickleball, beaches, sightseeing, biking, walking trails and fun to keep you busy during your stay on the island. We do not have a pool on-site, but you have access to the South Beach Pool during your stay.

Spend your sunny days biking through trails, or having the round of your life (we hope) at one of Hilton Head's 26 golf courses. If it rains, we've left you plenty of books and a few board games to pass the time. There's also a few outlet malls in Bluffton within a 20-minute drive of the house.

Our home is newly renovated with new landscaping, new fans/lighting, new flooring throughout, freshly painted, all new furniture, appliances and amenities. This home is located near the entrance of the gate yet is on a cul de sac with a completely private back yard which abuts conservation land behind where you will see deer running through the woods on a daily basis.

Deck is complete with a bar, outdoor sofa, gas firepit, grill, lounge chairs, and outdoor dining table (that seats 8), we're confident you'll think this house is paradise.

Sleeps 6-8 (3 bedrooms): 2 kings, 1 queen and a queen sized air mattress available if needed.

Each bedroom has a smart TV and a closet with 2 luggage racks. Master bedroom also has a full bath. *Master bedroom does have skylights with no shades on them. May not be suitable if young children are sleeping in the master. All other windows in bedrooms have blackout curtains and we have 2 sound machines available.

Dining: Breakfast bar seats 3 and dining table seats 8. Outdoor dining table also seats 8.

The kitchen comes stocked with tons of herbs/spices, appliances (waffle maker, crockpot, blender, Nutribullet, etc), pots/pans, plenty of kitchen utensils/dishware, and plasticware for kids.

Start your day with a cup of coffee your way: we have a Keurig, a Nespresso, french press, drip coffee maker, and cold brew bags. There's also plenty of amazing local coffee shops in the area to try (we'll send these to you after you book along with other restaurants in the area).

We aim to keep our service fee as low as possible. This fee covers all of our expenses to keep the house up to our standards for our guests, including our cleaning fee. We insist on having the entire bedding cleaned between each guest, so our cleaning fee reflects that, and the standard cleaning of linens and sanitization of the house after each stay.

The nearest beach is Coligny which is a 10 minute bike ride (2 miles).

Extra perks include complimentary WiFi and an in-home washer/dryer. Beach chairs, yoga mats, pickle ball paddles, corn hole, bluetooth speaker, and cooler provided.

Parking: Sea Pines is a gated community that charges a daily entrance fee to guests who aren't staying there. As a guest at our property, you can purchase passes at the gate for $22/car/week.
