Ofrecemos a nuestros huéspedes una villa de lujo completamente remodelada con un plano de planta moderno que cuenta con una cocina gourmet, sala de estar con muebles nuevos y un televisor inteligente 4K de 49 pulgadas, wifi gratuito, comedor para seis personas y una suite principal King y una suite para invitados, ambas con hermosos baños nuevos y televisores inteligentes. Hay entrada sin llave, ¡así que no pierdas más ni intentes hacer un seguimiento de las llaves!

La cocina de última generación tiene hermosas encimeras de cuarcita Gaya; gabinetes con detalles de puertas de vidrio y otras características personalizadas; fregadero de granja de arcilla refractaria; Utensilios de cocina Le Creuset y All-Clad; isla con encimera y asientos para dos; y electrodomésticos de lujo que incluyen un refrigerador con paneles de 36 pulgadas con máquina de hielo; combinación de horno y microondas, enfriador de bebidas, lavaplatos con paneles y lavadora y secadora de carga frontal.

La sala de estar cuenta con muebles nuevos y el nuevo Smart TV de 49 pulgadas tiene un DVR. Se abre a un balcón que cuenta con nuevos muebles de altura de barra cuidadosamente elegidos para mejorar el disfrute del patio, el océano y las vistas del atardecer. El comedor tiene capacidad para seis.

La Master Suite también se abre a este balcón. Cuenta con una cama King, TV inteligente de 40 pulgadas, baño de lujo con ducha grande, encimera de cuarcita Gaya y amplio armario.

La suite de huéspedes tiene dos camas queen, un Smart TV de 40 pulgadas y una sala de estar. Su baño también tiene una encimera de cuarcita Gaya, una bañera y una ducha. Esta habitación tiene su propio balcón, nuevamente con impresionantes vistas y muebles de altura de barra "tete-a-tete" para disfrutar de las vistas.

Condo was exactly as described. Villa Mare is a lovely spot within Palmetto dunes. There was plenty of parking under the building. The condo itself had gorgeous views from every room, was extremely clean and well stocked - it was very spacious for a two bed two bath. We loved the large island and appreciated the thoughtful touches of the owner. We spent several evenings on the balcony enjoying a glass of wine, playing farkle and watching the sunset!

We had a wonderful stay. The condo was clean, spacious and easily accommodated two adults and 3 teenagers. We loved the proximity to the beach and the pool and loved morning walks along the beach or under the beautiful Oak trees. We drove to many areas in Hilton Head and enjoyed great dinners and fun shopping. Driving to Savannah for a day trip was an added bonus. We will definitely return to HHI.

I loved this updated condo with its stunning views. The kitchen had everything you could possibly need. The updated pool and hot tub were gorgeous and you can’t beat the location. I would stay here again in a minute!

Beautiful Place!

We are a family of 4 with two teen daughters and this condo was the perfect size and layout. We all really enjoyed our stay. Condo was exactly as pictured and very clean & comfortable. Jan has thought of everything and was a great host. I would not hesitate to stay stay here again.

Nice stay and condo

This was our second stay at this property fantastic! The only issues were the panel on the freezer was off propped up against the entry wall. when we arrived- we let maintenance know. In addition, the garbage disposal did not work. Otherwise it was a nice condo!

Great stay!!

We had a great stay at Palmetto Light by the Sea! We had a total of 6 people (2 couples and 2 babies) and it was a perfect fit. Very nice finishes and felt like home! Our only complaint was the pools. We specifically choose this complex because the pools were advertised as “heated” and they were freezing. This probably isn’t a big deal in the summer months but during the spring it wasn’t as enjoyable-especially with little ones. Overall though we had a great stay!

Great location and updated kitchen

Gave only a 4 due to the bathroom showers not working properly and the drain from them are very slow leaving you standing in a lot of water each time you shower. Bedding could use an upgrade as well as a Keurig coffee maker. Current coffee maker leaves coffee grounds in the pot and it's hard to make everyone kind of coffee they want with one big pot. Quiet building, loved the top floor and access to everything. Kitchen is great. Would stay again.

Family Vacation

Overall we were really happy with our stay. The kitchen was amazing the bathrooms were well updated and the view was great! The place was a little dirty but in minor ways. The couch had goldfish scattered under it and there were hair ties left from a previous guest on one of the decorations. Like I said minor things that overall didn’t effect our stay but definitely things we noticed. The buildings elevator also went out 3 times during our visit and being on the top floor was nice but walking up those steps while pregnant with a toddler was rough.

Wonderful Time In Hilton Head Island

We had a great time during our golfing trip to Hilton Head Island. It all started with the response to my first email to Jan, the owner. She is very responsive, very helpful and was a real pleasure to work with the entire time. The welcome package she provided before our trip was very detailed and provided us everything we needed to know about the villa and our visit. The villa is very nice, the kitchen is well equipped with high-end appliances. Everything in the villa is new. There is a view of the ocean, and the beach is just a few steps away. There are lots of great restaurants and golf courses near the centrally located villa.

Everything we expected and more!

We spent a month at this lovely condo. What a wonderful space. We like to cook and have often been disappointed with minimalist VRBO kitchens. Not here. Jan has so thoughtfully stocked her kitchen with quality tools. Wonderful terraces where we enjoyed the sunsets; steps from the beach with a water view and an onsite gym are the exterior elements appreciated every day. Oh - and the grounds are impeccably cared for with sprinklers, lovely hedges and walkways. The condo has been fully and tastefully renovated; the bathrooms and closets are large with double sinks and a walk-in shower in the master. It's delightful to find a place that is renovated with care and great decorating style. You won't be disappointed with this condo. We rebooked for the following year at the end of our stay! The owners are very responsive and do their utmost to make your stay enjoyable.

We have been visiting HHI for over 25 years and have stayed in Palmetto Dunes and Villamare numerous times. Palmetto Dunes' location in the middle of the island with easy access to the new Shelter Cover Town Centre is really convenient. Villamare's pool area is one of the better on the island and you can easily walk to several restaurants as well as the General Store, the Fazio golf clubhouse, and tennis/pickleball courts. Working with Jan McK is a great experience. Very responsive and pleasant with full attention to detail. The unit is completely up to date with beautiful themed decor and furnishings. As nice as they are, the photos on here do not do it justice. We felt at home the minute we walked in the door. Everything was very clean and in good order. We were able to relax in quiet surroundings , take in the top floor views, and enjoy every moment. In summary, we love it so much we have already booked the unit for a longer stay this fall.

Beautiful condo -very attentive owners

Our family of 4, just enjoyed a week in this fabulous condo. The kitchen and bathrooms are fantastic and there is every kitchen tool, you will ever need. Both bathrooms are fantastic and I love the decor, very coastal, calm and relaxing. All the cabinets, appliances, finishes are top notch and work great. The washer & dryer are great This unit is the top floor (5th) of one of the Villa Mar buildings, it is set back from the ocean, you can see a sliver of the ocean and hear it when you are in bed at night and all is quiet, but if you want a direct ocean view this is not it- try a closer building. It was enough for us. The beds were comfortable. My only complaint about the condo is that there is not "black out" blinds in the bedrooms. I did not think it was going to be a big problem, but the entire property is lite up at night as well, so it was difficult for me to fall asleep and then the sun rises right into the bedroom. I am normally a good sleeper, it was just too light. My teenage daughter has the same problem as me, and we were both up with the sunrise. The building lighting is fairly bright out the windows at night, but I think when the turtle season starts they will have to turn off some of the exterior building lights, which might help. As far as things you will need when you stay at the condo, there is nothing in the kitchen but a small bottle of dish soap and salt & pepper and nothing in the bathrooms but 1 extra roll of toilet paper and a few bars of soap. So bring a few dishwasher tablets, a roll of paper towels, kleenex, laundry detergent, a few rolls of tp and a few kitchen garbage bags. Also make sure to bring your shampoo. And we arrived late, so thank goodness I had packed coffee for the morning. Kroger is across from Palmetto Dunes. The grounds are very pretty with nice ponds, lots of turtles and pretty landscaping, parking is right under the building and there is 1 elevator per building. The outdoor pool area is nice - large pool & hot tub & kiddie pool, since it was pretty cold when we were there, there were lots of small kids in the hot tub, unsupervised. There is an indoor pool, hot tub and a small exercise room, we did use it- but the entire building closed at 5pm, which we thought was pretty early. This condo is pretty close to Palmetto Dunes tennis courts and you can book tennis courts up to 1 day in advance- an hour of tennis a day was included with our stay, which was great.

Not as advertised

The renovation was some time ago as furniture very worn. Beds extremely firm which we do not like and sheets were pilled so badly they felt like sandpaper. Kitchen had no tablespoons and everything marked, with most dishes marked as not microwave safe. It was nice to have beach chairs provided but bring everything else as very limited supply provided of dishwasher detergent, trash bags, etc. Disappointed in this property but love villa mare area.

The property was very tired with worn furniture and bed linens & pillows that were not old and dingy. Disappointed in this listing, will not stay here again.
