The snow has arrived--book you ski trip now Feb/March skiing/boarding will be great-3-5 feet of powder depending on location. If you don't want to deal with the crowds book midweek, discounts are in place.

Blue Bear Cabin is an ideal family getaway in the heart of South Lake Tahoe, offering the best of both worlds: a central location close to town and a peaceful setting near meadows and miles of scenic trails. You’re just minutes from Tahoe’s top attractions, yet when you’re relaxing by the fireplace, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying the backyard, it feels like your own private retreat.
The Space
This well-appointed cabin features:
• 2 bedrooms
• 2 full bathrooms
• Fully equipped kitchen
• Living room with wood burning fireplace
• Dedicated office/workspace
• Large upstairs family & game room with shuffleboard, games, and TV—perfect for movie nights and relaxing after a day outdoors
Layout:
• Main level (up a few stairs): kitchen, living room, two bedrooms, and a full bathroom
• Upper level: spacious family/game room, bath
• Lower level: office/workspace with interior access to the garage
Outdoor Amenities
• Fully fenced yard
• Outdoor seating area (seasonal, weather permitting)
• Private hot tub, accessible year-round
Location
• Less than 5 miles to Heavenly Village, shopping, dining, and the Cal Base Lodge
• Close to popular local restaurants including Scusa Italian Ristorante, Cold Water Brewery, Mandarin Garden, Maria’s, and Blue Dog Pizza
• Easy access to nearby trails and open meadow areas
Making a Reservation: Enter the number of guests over 13 (maximum 4), you are allowed to bring up to 5 children ages 13 and under.
Occupancy & House Rules (Strictly Enforced)
• Maximum occupancy: 4 adults
• Up to 5 children (ages 13 and under) allowed in addition
• Parking: Up to 3 vehicles, driveway and/or garage only
• Hot tub hours: 8:00 AM – 10:00 PM
• Quiet residential neighborhood: No parties, events, or excessive noise
• Primary guest must be 25 years or older
• Dog-friendly: Up to 2 dogs allowed
