Welcome to your private mountain paradise. This sprawling, ranch-style home is a true luxury retreat, set on over 300 acres of rolling hills with simply breathtaking, unobstructed views in every direction.

Bedrooms & Layout (5 Bedrooms, 4 Washrooms Total):

The Estate features 5 spacious bedrooms located on the lower level, offering a quiet, cool retreat.

The layout includes: one King bed, three bedrooms with Queen beds, and one additional bedroom featuring two Queen beds.

The property offers ample washroom capacity with one full bath, one three-quarter bath, and two convenient half baths.

One of the half baths is located on the main floor.

Thoughtful Privacy & Separation: A sliding privacy door allows guests to seamlessly close off the hallway leading to the bedrooms from the entertainment space, guaranteeing quiet and uninterrupted rest.

The property offers seclusion and privacy, with plenty of room for peaceful walks and enjoying the natural surroundings.



Guest Access

Guests will have access to the 5-bedroom house, the finished walkout basement, and the immediate surrounding yard and patio areas.

The Property & Equestrian Grounds
The Buckskin Ranch is home to two horses residing on-site seasonally. While guests enjoy exclusive privacy within the two main homes and their immediate yard areas, please note:

On-Site Caretakers: To ensure our horses are well-tended, a professional caretaker sometimes resides on the property in a separate studio ("shouse") or horse trailer located at the very top of the driveway.

Privacy: These staff quarters are situated away from the two guest homes to ensure your group’s privacy is never compromised.

Equestrian Life: You may occasionally see staff feeding or grooming the horses in the corral areas. They are often accompanied by their Bernese Mountain Dog, who is always contained within the horse trailer or studio area and does not run freely. We kindly ask that guests enjoy the horses from a distance for safety.

Other Things to Note


Parking: Ample parking and a large driveway. RV parking is available upon request.

Please let us know how many guests will be staying with you in total. There is a $20/guest/night fee above 8 guests.

You will need 4 wheel drive in the winter. Please be aware the home is in the mountains.

Absolutely no events allowed without prior permission. Evidence of events will result in additional charges of unauthorized additional guests, cleaning, and maintenance fees for failure to abide by rules and policies.


You will be surrounded by nature, so you may be exposed to bugs, mice, animal droppings, etc.


Location: Secluded and private, yet a scenic, 8-mile drive to some of Pocatello's restaurants.



Proximity to Adventure: Minutes from Buckskin Canyon, hiking/biking trails, and a short drive to Pebble Creek Ski Area and Lava Hot Springs. Yellowstone National Park is a beautiful day trip away.



Utilities: Features forced air heating and central air conditioning for year-round comfort.

Internet: High-speed Wi-Fi is provided, perfect for remote working. However, wifi and cellular can be spotty at the entrance to and on the long driveway, so please enter your directions in your phone prior.
