Located in one of the city’s most walkable and well-connected neighborhoods, this two-bedroom retreat places you just minutes from the energy of Midtown, The Gulch, and downtown—home to legendary live music venues, acclaimed restaurants, and Nashville’s most iconic attractions.
Step inside to a bright, open-concept layout that blends modern design with a welcoming, relaxed feel. The living area is thoughtfully styled for unwinding after a day out, with large windows that lead to a private balcony—an ideal spot for morning coffee, evening cocktails, or simply soaking in the city atmosphere.
The full kitchen comes equipped with all the essentials and centers around a spacious island with seating for three, making it easy to gather for casual meals or conversation before heading out. Both bedrooms are arranged for comfort and privacy. The primary suite features a plush king bed and a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower—perfect for recharging after a night exploring Music City. As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.
Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.
