Don’t miss this beautifully designed modern Avalon retreat with nearby bay access and a private pool. This thoughtfully designed townhouse offers 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, with every bedroom featuring its own TV and ceiling fan for ultimate comfort. Hardwood floors and upscale finishes run throughout the home, creating a refined yet relaxed coastal feel.
The first floor includes three bedrooms. The front bedroom is currently styled as a second family room with a pull-out queen sleeper sofa and a private deck overlooking the bay. Bedroom two offers double beds, while bedroom three features a queen bed. A full hall bathroom with a tub/shower completes this level.
The second floor is the heart of the home and ideal for entertaining. Enjoy a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and custom high-end cabinetry. The kitchen island flows seamlessly into a bar area with a dual-zone wine refrigerator. Step out onto the spacious second-floor deck to take in additional bay views.
