The Space:

Sunday to Sunday Rental. 7-night minimum.

On the ground level of this magnificent home, you'll find a large den with abundant seating, a TV, games and a wet bar - all of which flow through sliding doors to the furnished lower front porch.  This level also has a laundry room, spacious half bath, full hall bath, and two very large bedrooms with Queen beds.

Head upstairs to the sprawling, open-concept heart of this home.  The beautiful kitchen features an oversized island with seating for four, and opens to a dining area with a table that accommodates eight.  All of this feeds into the main living area, with plenty of seating for your family to gather day or night.  Too nice to stay inside? This area also flows out to the very large second floor deck, complete with a dining table and outdoor seating.

The second floor is also home to two more full baths, and two more large bedrooms - one of which is ensuite - featuring a total of four twin beds.
Up on the third floor, you're welcomed into the luxurious Main Suite.  This huge space boasts a King bed, enormous closet, and a bathroom with double vanity, shower and jetted tub. The Main Suite also has sliding glass doors that lead out to a private deck that overlooks the rear yard - a perfect place to start the day with a quiet cup of coffee, or take in the beautiful sunsets in the evening.
Park your two cars in the private driveway, and walk or bike to everything! This home has a lush, fenced in yard (complete with lawn games), 5 bikes included for guest use, an enclosed outdoor shower, and garage for ample storage.

*Please note, the "Cleaning Fee" is all-inclusive of amenities and other fees: As with all PMI Saltwater properties, you'll arrive to find the home stocked with toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, a fresh dish sponge, dish and laundry detergent, and all bath essentials (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, body lotion and hand soap).  Professionally laundered bed sheets and bath towels are also included, as are beach tags and beach gear! The kitchen is thoughtfully appointed, and the home features Sonos surround sound speakers, and a hairdryer in every bathroom. Five bikes (3 adult, 2 child) are available for your use (BYO helmet!), as are beach chairs.

The Neighborhood:
In the heart of Seven Mile Island, yet far enough from the crowds to enjoy the peacefulness of the shore. A short two block walk to pristine beaches, one block to a huge rec area (bocce, basketball, tennis, palayground), and 4 short blocks to the shops and restaurants of Dune Drive. Perfection!

Getting Around:
Park your cars in the private driveway and walk (or bikes are provided!) to the beach, family fun, and nights out on the town.
