The Space:

Welcome to Saltwater Haven, where beach days, sunset cocktails, and family memories come together just steps from the shore and town. Perfectly designed for gathering, relaxing, and soaking up the best of the Jersey Shore, this stunning home offers spacious luxury, coastal charm, and room for everyone to unwind.



The Ground Level – The Fun Zone

The first floor welcomes you with a large entertainment den featuring plush seating, a TV, games, and a stylish wet bar — the perfect hangout spot after a full day of sun and sand. Sliding doors open to the furnished lower front porch, creating an easy indoor-outdoor space for evening laughs and late-night conversations.



This level also features a laundry room, a spacious half bath, a full hall bath, and two oversized bedrooms with Queen beds, providing a comfortable retreat for guests or extended family.



The Second Floor – The Heart of the Home

Head upstairs to the bright and expansive open-concept living space where everyone naturally gathers. The beautiful kitchen features an oversized island with seating for four, perfect for morning coffee, pancake breakfasts, or evening appetizers after a beach day.



The kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining area with seating for eight, and into the welcoming living room with plenty of comfortable seating for family movie nights, games, or relaxing after a day by the water.



When the sea breeze calls, step outside to the spacious second-floor deck, complete with outdoor dining and lounge seating — ideal for sunset dinners, morning coffee, or watching the town come alive on summer evenings.



Also on this level are two additional full bathrooms and two large bedrooms, including one ensuite. These rooms feature four twin beds total, making them perfect for kids, cousins, or a fun sleepover vibe after a full beach day.



The Third Floor – Your Private Retreat

At the top of the home, you'll find the spectacular Main Suite, a luxurious and peaceful escape. This expansive space features a King bed, a massive walk-in closet, and a spa-like bathroom with double vanity, walk-in shower, and relaxing jetted tub.



Sliding glass doors open to your private deck overlooking the backyard, the perfect place to start your day with a quiet cup of coffee or wind down with a glass of wine as the sun sets over another perfect beach day.



Outdoor Living & Beach Lifestyle

This home is built for coastal living and summer fun.



Enjoy a lush fenced backyard with lawn games, an enclosed outdoor shower for rinsing off sandy toes, and plenty of room for the whole crew to relax after the beach.



Park two cars in the private driveway and leave them there — everything is just a short walk or bike ride away.



For exploring town and the shoreline, the home includes five bikes (3 adult, 2 child) for guest use. Helmets not included.

The Neighborhood:

In the heart of Seven Mile Island, yet far enough from the crowds to enjoy the peacefulness of the shore. A short two block walk to pristine beaches, one block to a huge rec area (bocce, basketball, tennis, palayground), and 4 short blocks to the shops and restaurants of Dune Drive. Perfection!



Getting Around:

Park your cars in the private driveway and walk (or bikes are provided!) to the beach, family fun, and nights out on the town.



Other Things to Note:

The primary renter must be at least 25 years old and must be present at the property for the entire stay.

No Underage or Party Groups: We are unable to accommodate underage groups, including prom weekends, Senior Week, or any large gatherings.
