The heart of the property is the spacious backyard, your private oasis for fun in the sun. Spend your days splashing and relaxing in the beautiful swimming pool or soaking up the bright sunlight. As evening approaches, you can gather for a delicious meal fresh off the BBQ grill.

Check-in:
- Requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and an optional security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase an optional non-refundable $59 damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. This takes place on a separate website not associated with VRBO.

Guest access:
Guests will have exclusive and private access to the entire property for the duration of their stay. This includes the entire house, the private fenced in backyard, the swimming pool, and the BBQ grill. Enjoy the convenience and privacy of your own space with an easy self check-in process.

Other things to note:
- Must be 21+ years of age to book (ID verified).
- 150 lb. weight limit for EACH bunk bed.
- Guests that are not on the reservation are not permitted.

This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1,000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company (not VRBO). The optional damage waiver is $59 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $5 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.

Pool Safety:
The safety of our guests is a top priority. Please ensure children are supervised at all times, especially in the backyard and pool area. The pool is professionally serviced on a regular basis. Further details about the home will be shared in your check-in instructions.

Small Animals/Insects:
Please note that even though we have a pest control service, there is always a possibility of seeing and/or hearing small animals and insects in and around the house.
