You will also enjoy the balcony retreat while listening to the sound of ocean waves. With nearly 1900 square feet, cozy coastal décor, and comfortable furnishings these 4 bedrooms plus hall bunks offer plenty of space for family or group outings. This family vacation home will accommodate 11 guests comfortably when using the sofa sleeper and 3 standard-size vehicles.

This home is less than a mile from some local Landmarks: Carousel is a one-stop shop for groceries, packaged liquors, gift shop, plus a wine and cheese cellar! Thomas Donut & Snack Shop has an incredible selection of handmade donuts and snacks of all kinds to suit your beach cravings!

GUEST ACCESS
⭐ You will have access to the entire property (excluding the Owners closet). You will check in using an electronic keypad lock located on the entry door. The access code and additional restrictions will be sent before arrival. It is very important that we get a good email address from you after booking.
Other things to note:
GOLF CART/LSV
⭐ As a special bonus, our generous homeowners have included their 4-seater golf cart with your stay (subject to availability), allowing you to head to the beach effortlessly! To ensure a smooth experience, kindly note that prior to releasing the golf cart key information, we require the signed golf cart agreement to be returned to FVR. Drivers must be 25 years or older, presenting proof of ID and insurance. The golf cart accommodates a maximum of 4 guests at all times. This is the homeowner's personal property, so we ask that you treat it with the utmost care and respect. Any damages incurred will be charged to your Credit Card. While we strive to ensure this extra amenity is always available, please understand that no refunds will be issued due to circumstances beyond our control, such as maintenance, breakdowns, or damage caused by previous guests. Please note that traveling along Back Beach Road and Highway 98 is prohibited. Child restraints and car seats are REQUIRED for all children traveling in low-speed vehicles. DO NOT PARK IN ANY UNAUTHORIZED SPACES. THE RENTER WILL BE FINANCIALLY RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL PARKING TICKETS, BOOT FEES, and TOWING FEES to have the golf cart returned to 115 Malaga St, Laguna Beach/PCB , FL
STARTER KIT
⭐ Our property has a "Starter Kit" to get you through your first 24-48 hours. This includes two kitchen trash can liners, two dishwashing packets, mini shampoo, conditioner, lotion, one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, and one roll of paper towels. We supply bath towels, washcloths, and hand towels. We do not provide beach towels, laundry detergent, seasonings/spices, zip locks, or liquid dishwashing detergent. You can pick up your favorite items at the nearby Walmart, Target, Publix, or Winn-Dixie.
Wi-Fi
⭐ Our property provides Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi info will be found in the property binder on the kitchen counter. We know WI-FI is essential to everyone. However, we cannot guarantee the internet speed or signal strength. We have found that our Wi-Fi signals are not optimal during peak season due to the number of people visiting our area. We suggest you bring your hotspot device if you need high-speed internet during your stay. **Bring your passwords for streaming services.** Don't forget to log out when you leave.
PARKING
⭐ No parking passes required and there is enough room for 3 vehicles in the driveway. Parking on the street is not allowed.
BEACH SERVICE
⭐ For beach chair rentals, bonfires, paddleboards, and more please contact Surf n Sun Recreation. They will deliver and provide the beach set-up.
POOLS / HOT TUB
⭐ There is a community pool that is shared by 12 houses. You will have a pool key inside the unit by the property binder. Please note that if the pool key is not returned to the property upon check-out, there is a $75.00 fee. No alcohol or glass is allowed near the pool/hot tub. You are not to use this amenity if you have consumed alcohol or are pregnant. You are not permitted to add anything to the pool, including bath salts, bath bombs, etc. Any damages or extra cleaning resulting from misuse or additives will incur damage fees of $500, including the total replacement cost. Please review and adhere to the Safety Precautions sign next to the amenity. Use the amenity AT YOUR OWN RISK! Please note additional rules for more info.
SECURITY
⭐ In an effort to protect the security of both our Homeowner and Guests, there is a Surveillance Camera Doorbell on the front of the home. If you touch or tamper with the cameras, you will be asked to leave the property immediately without a refund and will be held responsible for any damages.
PETS
⭐ Absolutely NO PETS. Due to the health and severe allergies of the host we cannot accept animals of any kind in this unit. If you bring a pet of any kind, you will be charged an additional $500 per pet and be asked to leave.
BOOKING
⭐ You must be 25+ to book. The person booking and paying for the reservation must be a group member staying at the property. Read, review, and sign OUR rental agreement within 48 hours of booking and before check-in. No events or parties are allowed.
CHECK-IN/CHECK OUT
⭐ Check-in any time after 4 pm CST. Check-out is any time before 10 am CST.
EARLY ARRIVALS
⭐ We would love to accommodate early arrivals. However, it is nearly impossible during the busy season due to increased traffic delays and a limited workforce. Therefore, if you have an early flight, please plan to book an extra day so that you may check in before 4 pm. If that isn't an option, our PCB properties have many options for public beach access, but our favorite would be Public Beach Access 54-57, right in front of Pier Park! Since we are always on a tight schedule, we ask that all guests depart promptly at 10 am CST.
KITCHEN
⭐ The kitchen has a Fully equipped refrigerator, stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, bakeware, glasses, mugs, plates, flatware, cooking utensils, coffee maker, and fire extinguisher under the sink.
SMOKING
⭐ NO SMOKING on the premises. You will be charged a minimum of $1000 fee for smoking inside the property.
REFUNDS
⭐ Absolutely NO refunds or discounts due to weather, natural disasters, or any other situations beyond our control.
Lastly, HAVE FUN at the beach, but please beware of rip currents, and understand the beach flags!
