Arrival is through a spacious oval-shaped entrance hall, beautifully decorated with fashion artwork dating from the 1940s, setting the tone for the apartment’s refined character.

Living Room
Bright and welcoming, the living room features a decorative fireplace (not in use), two floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the balcony, and a large, comfortable sofa ideal for relaxing after a day in the city.

Dining Room
Accessed through double doors, the dining room offers a generous dining table seating up to six guests, along with a sofa and armchairs. Three large windows allow natural light to fill the space throughout the day.

Kitchen
The kitchen is modern, fully equipped, and fitted with high-quality appliances. It connects conveniently back to the entrance hall, ensuring both functionality and ease of movement.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

Master Bedroom
Exceptionally spacious, the master bedroom features a king-size bed and two floor-to-ceiling windows opening onto the balcony. The en-suite bathroom is finished in elegant white and blue tiles and includes a bathtub, refined sinks, and large mirrors.

Second Bedroom
This bedroom is furnished with two single beds, which can be arranged as a double upon request. It also opens onto the balcony and includes a beautifully designed en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Third Bedroom
Located at the far end of the apartment, this bedroom offers a comfortable double bed. Storage space in this room is reserved for the owner’s private use.

Please note: The apartment is furnished with valuable and sometimes fragile antique pieces. For guests traveling with children under the age of 12, prior approval from the owner is required before confirmation.
