Luxury WATERFRONT Estate!

Great property! Location was great, everything is either walking, or a short Uber ride. We didn't mind doing the 15min walk to the beach (52 year old men). I've stayed at 3 of Lances properties so far all top notch. Cant wait to go again.

Beautiful home with fantastic location!

Lance's home is excellent and very well maintained. Our group thoroughly enjoyed our week at the home from lounging by the pool, dining outside, and the quick ride to many destinations by boat from the convenient dock space. Lance was very hospitable; hope to return!

Great Place

Excellent house and location. The house was exactly as described and we loved using the paddle boards and walking to the beach. Las Olas is an extremely popular place and we couldn't have asked for better accommodations. There were many great restaurants and plenty of night life within a very short distance of the house. I would recommend to all!

Wonderful home in perfect location!

We had the absolute best time at Lance’s home over a long weekend. Being from Ft Lauderdale, we were thrilled to be able to stay on the water way in such a cozy home. The house was better in person!! Very spacious, clean, comfortable and safe! We are already planning our next trip down!

Excellent stay

This house is close to everything in a quiet residential neighborhood. It was super clean and the first thing i encountered upon check in was how good it smelled! The owners left me a handwritten welcome note and 2 bottles of wine which really made me feel welcomed. The vrooms we spacious and the backyard was beautiful and sat right at the waterfront where we can seat large boats docking up. This backyard was amazing for pictures and i highly recommend this property.

Great Time - Very Nice Home

We visited this home over Easter weekend with 2 other couples. We all had a fantastic time. Lance's house was maintained and kept in great order. The location was perfect for walking to the beach and restaurants. Lance was kind and courteous. Every piece of info was laid out in great detail. I would highly recommend for anyone interested!

A wonderful kid friendly paradise

We had an amazing week at this property. The weather was good the first and last day of our visit but the heated pool gave the kids a great place to spend their days even if temperatures weren’t perfect. Per my title, there were pool toys and other things that made having children here very easy. Lance was a great host. I’d suggest getting the golf cart to make travels to and from the beach a fun adventure as well.

Amazing Time

I was honored to have my bachelor party in Fort Lauderdale and this house made the trip even better. Everything you could think of was provided, the pool was amazing and relaxing. Quick walk over the Los Olas bridge and you're at A-1A. The Elbo Room and other bars/restaurants all within walking distance. Also a Brazilian Steak House is right on the corner of Los Olas and Rivieria Isle. All of us are already trying to plan another trip back asap! ROLL TIDE!!!!!!!

Great family home

We really enjoyed the house which was great for two adults and 6 kids. Very clean but comfortable and family friendly. The kids really enjoyed walking over the bridge to the beach...took us about 15 to 20 minutes at normal pace. They also loved the pool. Kitchen had what we needed but also still cabinet storage for food. Lots of great restaurants within walking distance. We had a nice dinner at the Quarterdeck by the beach with some live music. 3 full bathrooms came on handy with the 6 girls we had with us! I attended a work conference in Hollywood, and was an easy 30 min drive. The kids want me to note the wifi was great, too! A really nice place to stay.

Guys trip 2022

This house could not be in a better location. The house was clean and stocked with everything needed and then some. We had a fantastic experience from check in to check out. We were greeted when we arrived and shown everything about the house and golf cart (rented separately) . Communication with the owners was always prompt. We had issues with cancelled flights home and they were able to assist us with arranging to stay an additional nigh at the house, even offering to let us stay at another rental unit they have if it was necessary. Over all experience was 5+ stars.

ABSOLUTELY BEAUTIFUL

Lance the owner was tremendous to deal with and was always available to answer any questions.The property is spot on to beach and restaurants. The property was extremely well kept. We had 3 couples and it was perfect. Everyone had own bedroom and bathroom. The outside by the pool is so peaceful. We all chose to spend New Years Eve by the pool because there is no reason to leave. My recommendation is do a Costco run and you will not want to leave. There is also fishing and golf nearby. Again kudos to Lance and property manager Leo.

Amazing House Great Location

I went for a long weekend with 3 other couples at this house. The house is a great size, with 3 great bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms! We were able to walk to the main strip very easily. We spent our days at the house outback by the pool, which was perfect. Uber was very easy to obtain. One thing we did was order food/drinks from Publix and they delivered. This turned out to be perfect and allowed us to eat breakfast/lunch at the house. Would highly recommend this house, the property manager is very accessible and easy to work with. All of our questions were answered. House was very clean and location was great. Highly recommend!!!

Riviera Isles showed our family a great time over the holiday! This property is located just minutes from Las Olas and Fort Lauderdale Beach, both easily accessible by golf cart (which you can rent along with the house). If you've never been to the area, Las Olas offers great shopping, tons of amazing restaurants and lots of great nightlife...all while enjoying the New River as well as Fort Lauderdale Beach. The house was very comfortable for our family of six, with room to spare. The beds were super comfortable and the outdoor space was great! We were able to enjoy the pool for a couple of days before the weather turned unseasonably cold. When it was cold and dreary, we were really able to enjoy the house, spending family time together watching movies in the family room and playing games at the dining table. Our stay was over Christmas and we were pleased to see a Christmas tree and other holiday decor upon our arrival. It really made us feel at home. The owners were great to deal with. Anything we needed, they were on top of. All-in-all, it was a fabulous trip! Give Riviera Isles a chance. You won't regret it!

Top Notch Host & House!

I had booked this VRBO planning a small bachelorette trip for 8 girls. This house WORKED! With all the bed and bathrooms, everyone had a comfortable place to sleep and a bathroom to easily accommodate this many girls. The pool area was so much fun with outdoor speakers, grills, and mini fridge. The master bedroom had a beautiful balcony that we hungout on every night! They host has a wet bar and closet where you can purchase small items if you forgot them or booze, it was the cutest touch for travelers that came across so many state lines. Lastly, Lance out did himself. He was never hard to get ahold of and went above and beyond to help me track a package I had shipped to the house before our stay, he even went to the post office forme! Even though the package arrived after we had left he is still helping ship it back for me. Lance, thank you a million. Your family home is delightful and I will keep it saved for my next trip back to Ft. Lauderdale. Only con: I could not get the dishwash to work and there were no soap or sponges to handwash dishes. I felt bad leaving dishes before that were dirty but I didn't have time to go to the store for those times.

Second Thanksgiving here

My family spent Thanksgiving week here again this year and had a wonderful time. The pool is warm so the kids could swim even when the weather wasn’t great. I recommend it!

My family moved to Fort Lauderdale 12 years ago from Atlanta and we have rented all around South Florida since 2007. We chose Los Olas because it’s beautiful beaches and high end lifestyle on las olas blvd. You will be walking distance to the beaches and downtown shops, bars and night clubs and only a 12min uber ride from the airport.
