La Villa Maui se construyó en 2019.

Cuenta con 3 dormitorios, 2 baños y 2 aseos, un amplio salón comedor y una piscina climatizada de 9 metros de largo, cocina al aire libre y La moderna cocina abierta y la amplia zona de comedor invitan a cocinar y comer juntos.

La moderna cocina está equipada con vitrocerámica, lavavajillas, microondas, frigorífico con dispensador de hielo, cafetera de filtro, cafetera Keurig, cafetera Nespresso, espumador de leche, hervidor de agua, batidora, hervidor de huevos, ollas y mucho más.

El gran sofá invita a pasar veladas acogedoras con la Smart TV y la chimenea.

Hay 3 garajes disponibles.

En la gran terraza con muchas tumbonas, sombrillas, muebles de salón y la gran zona de comedor se puede experimentar maravillosas vacaciones junto a la piscina y ver las puestas de sol.
Las toallas se proporcionan de forma gratuita.

En la cocina al aire libre se puede disfrutar de extensas tardes de barbacoa acogedoras. El frigorífico proporciona bebidas frías.

La piscina climatizada y el solarium están orientados al suroeste e invitan a relajarse o a jugar juntos a juegos acuáticos.

Todas las habitaciones están equipadas con camas queen-size y ya están hechas para usted a su llegada.
Cada habitación tiene una smart TV, ventilador y vestidor o armario empotrado.

2 dormitorios tienen acceso directo a la piscina.

El cuarto de baño principal tiene un aseo, bañera independiente, 2 lavabos y cabina de ducha con ducha de lluvia.

The house was excellent (better than pictured) and the pool was wonderful. Both our host and the owner were responsive with questions, and made sure that we had everything we needed to have a great vacation!

Perfect Winter Getaway

Absolutely the best place we've stayed over the past seven years !! Almost two months (Feb & Mar) in a Villa that we couldn't have asked for anything more. Communication with the property mgr (Talisa) was superior. Any questions were answered very timely. The pictures and description are exactly what you get. Great way to get away from the cold Wisconsin winter !!!

Beautiful

The property is exactly the way it looks in photos. It’s a beautiful home our kids love the pool. It was nice that it was heated. It was the perfect amount of space and everything you needed. Was there the only thing that I would recommend that we viewed as, a negative was the quality of the sheets. The comforters and the beds were amazing. It was just the thin, cheaper quality of the sheets that I would recommend looking into getting better ones or than that the owners and the property management company were wonderful to work with. I would highly recommend renting from them

Lovely home

This place was just like the pictures. We have been coming down to this area for the past 8 years. The house was very clean and perfect for our stay. The pool area was wonderful to relax in. Our daughter spent most of the day in the pool! Just one thing to add, and it does state it in the listing, is that the 4th bedroom is just a little den and if you had anyone bigger than a teenager it might now work. But it worked out for our daughter and she liked her little room. We will definitely be back. Communication with owner and property management was great too. Thanks again for letting us use your place for our yearly family vacation!

Wonderful stay

Great location

This was our second time staying at this property. The property is very well kept and a great location to parks and restaurants. The owner is very nice and helpful. They have made nice additions to the property, such as an outdoor couch and landscaping. They have plenty of pool floats at the house for use. The only negative we had was during check-in we found clumps of hair in the property and there was broken glass near the pool our kids found. We pointed the hair out to Adam and he said he was going to have a cleaning crew come back. A cleaning crew never came back and we ended up having to clean the property at check-in and check-out.

This house & pool are relatively new (may be 2 years) and was an absolute great rental. The house was extremely clean and well maintained and stocked with all the necessary accessories - cooking pots/pans/utensils, coffee bar, towels, pool toys, etc. etc. If you are working remotely, the house also has an office with desk, chair, couch, and supplies. The other plus was the ease of check-in and check-out, plus the very timely response of the Property Management team, when needed. I highly recommend this rental house. Just don't book it for the month of March, the month I like to be in Florida.

Very nicely decorated home. Everything you need in kitchen. Lots of towels. Wonderful master bathroom and bedroom,. Comfortable beds. Very nice pool and out door furniture. Nice tvs and electric fireplace. Quiet neighborhood. Would definitely stay here again. Talisa was very helpful.

Beautiful property

Beautiful house and pool! You get exactly what you see in the pictures. My 1 and 2 year old absolutely loved the pool. My husband and son enjoyed fishing! It was a relaxing vacation. We would recommend this house and stay here again.

Don't stay here.

Communication was bad. Several occasions I was told I would be texted before someone came and I wasn't. They just showed up. Once I was told someone would be there on Monday to fix an issue and no one came. I had to text again on Tuesday. Other times I texted with questions and no response. Warm water in master bedroom bathroom lasted just over a few minutes. Complained about it but it didn't get fixed while we were there. Then the owner had the nerve to say it wasn't a problem even though one of the property managers came out and tested it and proved the hot water in the master bathroom shower wasn't lasting even 5 minutes but didn't get it fixed during our stay. The owner did give a small "gesture of goodwill" credit and stated our issues were not valid. It felt like a slap in the face. We would not recommend staying here.

Beautiful property and good location

We really enjoyed the house - had everything we needed and easy to communicate. Pool was the perfect size with little kids and the pool supplies provided were fun to use. Had our Thanksgiving here and we’re able to relax and cook everything we needed on site.

Amazing property

The pictures of this property are great, but the property was even better than what we saw in the photos. The house is GORGEOUS and has all the amenities and more to make our stay memorable. The pool was perfect and a great way to end each day. The property manager was fantastic at answering all our questions and providing us with information about the house and the area. We will definitely be booking here again.

Loved the modern and beachy home!

Villa Maui was a bit of paradise! Thoroughly enjoyed the lighted salt water pool, huge TV, deep tub and walk-through shower, well-equipped kitchen, and quiet neighborhood.
