You have found your coastal retreat is perfect for families, friends, and furry companions looking for the ideal island getaway. The Neptune House hosts 10-guests in 3 bedrooms 3 1/2 bathrooms. The Neptune House is close to the beach, close to the action, and perfectly positioned for pure vacation bliss! We're right across from the famous King & Prince resort.
THE SPACE
Bedroom 1 – 2nd floor, Primary, King (sleeps 2)
Bathroom 1 – Primary, Ensuite with separate tub and walk in shower
Bedroom 2 – 3rd floor, 2-Queen beds (sleeps 4)

Bedroom 3 – 3rd floor, Queen (sleeps 2)

With three spacious bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, everyone has their own comfortable sanctuary. The convenient elevator makes accessing all levels effortless – no stairs to climb after a long day of beach adventures.
Your four-legged friends will love the dog-friendly atmosphere, making The Neptune House a true family vacation – fur family included. The Neptune House delivers everything you need for an unforgettable coastal experience.
There is an elevator serving all floors.
We're located mid-beach - halfway between the St Simons Pier Village and East Beach. This stretch of beach is not tide dependent and has plenty of walking distance in both directions. We're walking distance to local restaurant favorites like Crab Daddy's, Barrier Island Brewing, Fiddlers, and Porch.

Pets: This home is dog friendly for dogs 25lbs or less with $250 pet fee, 2 dogs max. Unfortunately we can't host puppies < 1 year old or breeds known to insurance carriers as 'vicious', please ask if you're not sure.
Elevator: This property offers an elevator. As a residential elevator it is not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
No Smoking: No smoking is allowed in the home, on the porches/patios/decks, or on the property in general.
Minimum Age: Must be 25 + to book, or age 30 + on GAFL weekend (last weekend in October) For GAFL weekend (last weekend in October), guests must be age 30 + or kids with their parents, no student groups. We cannot make exceptions for that weekend.
No Events: No events or parties. No overnight guests beyond the original booking group.
