El Pop Hauz es hogar ideal vacacionistas. "Totalmente equipado" es un eufemismo. Cuenta con una gran piscina rodeada de amplia zona para tomar el sol y completamente vallado en la vida privada. Tiene un montón de dormitorios y baños para dar cabida a una gran familia o dos ... lo cual me lleva a su mejor característica ... Tiene una suite madre-en-ley! Ahora, eso no significa que tenga que llevar a su madre-en-ley (no se preocupe). Pero si su viaje con su familia, sus amigos o sólo quieren difundir en sus vacaciones, el Hauz pop tiene el diseño perfecto.
La ubicación es bastante increíble. Se trata de una distancia a pie o en bicicleta corta a la playa de Vanderbilt. Pase Familiar de Wiggins Pass State Park, con acceso a la playa se ofrece. La casa también está bastante cerca de Mercato -el más popular centro de comedor / compras en Nápoles.

Love this property!

If I decide to visit Naples again I will definitely book the same home. The way it’s divided is a plus and extremely spacious. The back yard pool area is beautiful.

Very happy with the host, he was able to accommodate early check in and great communication. The area is nice very close to the beach and stores. Would come again.

Great Location and Space!

This is a nice home, in a great location. The pool area and space was great for our family. The owner was very kind and easy to communicate with. We highly recommend this house.

Clean, good location, & spacious

A huge plus was having three full bathrooms. Kitchen has everything a cook needs for prepping, cooking, and serving. The outside gas grill and table great for dining outdoors along the pool. Beach chairs, umbrellas, and coolers were convenient for the beach which was a six minute drive from the house. Another nice feature was the outside shower on the pool deck. Mercato was close by for shopping, restaurants, and night life.

Great house, close to beach & shopping

This was our second visit to Pop Hauz and we really enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice and clean, and had plenty of privacy. The house also came with 4 adult bikes which were in great shape. We were close to the beach, shopping and restaurants. Ben was also very helpful and responsive during our stay.

Vacation home in Naples

We had a wonderful time at this rental property. Everything was great especially after the pool was cleaned, the main reason to book the property was because of its pool and location. There was a heavy rain storm the night we arrived so the pool was not suitable for swimming. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Bigger than expected

Well-stocked rental with great location. Pool is excellent as is entire pool area. Pictures don’t give justice to how much space there is. Ben was helpful and accommodating.

North Naples Stay

Have never stayed in Naples. Wanted to experience Naples with my husband. House was in great location close to the beach, shopping, and many restaurants. The house was perfect for our needs. Enjoyed the large pool everyday. Used the bikes at the house and did a lot of walking. Recommend this home.

Great location

Quiet neighborhood. Loved the spaciousness of the house. We used the bikes several times but were not provided with codes for the bike locks. So, if you plan to use the bikes, I would suggest bringing your own locks! Close to the beach and several great restaurants! Would stay here again!

Great Stay for the Whole Family!

My parents and I recently stayed at this lovely mother/daughter for a family getaway, and it was the perfect spot for a relaxing vacation. The house was very clean, spacious and well-maintained, with plenty of room for all of us. It was thoughtfully stocked with everything we could ever need during our stay. We especially loved the pool! It was a great way to unwind after a day of exploring. The layout of the house was perfect for us, offering both privacy and communal space for everyone to enjoy. The bedrooms were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped, making it easy to cook meals if you don’t want to eat out.The location was also ideal – quiet enough for a peaceful retreat but still close to the beach, shopping, and dining. Our host, Ben, was attentive and responsive, making check-in and check-out a breeze.All in all, it was a wonderful stay, and we would definitely recommend it for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway with family or friends.

Excellent Home a short walk from the beach.

We really enjoyed this house. It was clean with a well stocked kitchen. A short 20 minute walk to the beach. The backyard pool is larger than we were expecting. Ben is an excellent host, he provided a crib and high chair for the listing. He was also easy to contact when minor issues arouse (which were few) during our stay.

Great property for a family vacation.

The house suited our purposes perfectly. The separate granny suite allowed for privacy and separation while still enjoying a family holiday together. Unfortunately the weather didn't co-operate so we weren't able to make much use of the pool or outdoor area that was a really good set up. The house is close to everything you need although you do have to drive everywhere including the beach if you have small kids. It would have been a long walk.

Second time staying at this house in 4 months

This home has everything you need and a great location. Very clean when we arrived with no issues. Plenty of beach towels and bath towels. Pool was great. Appliances were higher end. House had two full size refrigerators, two AC units (whole house ones). Ben was fast on responses and accomodated our requests. Beach is a brief walk or quick bike ride away. We will definitely stay here again

Great Family House

This house has 3 bedrooms and baths that open into a large open kitchen. I am the grandmother and stayed in the back section where I could give and have privacy. Plus my son worked remotely in that section and could close the door for phone calls. The pool was very nice and we enjoyed walking around the neighborhood, to the beach and through the park. The property manager was very easy to contact and work with. A lovely memory!

Excellent Property !! Great House & Pool!

Checked into this property at the last minute after needing to cancel prior reservation. This place is great - modern, white and clean! We loved the big living room to be about to watch movies together and same for the large kitchen. The pool is fantastic with new, clean and white patio furniture. I must go for the white / clean look but hey….great landscaping and fencing too which just makes it feel good. The street also has nice curb appeal and close to everything Vanderbilt beach, Mercarto etc. Ben was great as well….super responsive and in my case saved us with meeting me at the house within 15 minutes of making this reservation. Ben saved the day! Don’t sleep on this property, you will not be disappointed. And I’m kinda a hotel snob :)

Pop Hauz

I really appreciated having access to all the kitchen ware. I love to cook and we ate in each day. One drawer with some kitchen gadgets was stuck closed but we made do with other things. Ben was very accommodating with supplies and even dropped off a couple extra bikes for our use.

Outstanding Naples House close to Vanderbilt beach

Pool, nice layout in house, the in-law suite and then the main room was fabulous and big. The master bedroom and bath overlooked the pool. Kitchen was nice and fully loaded. Really was a great deal and would go back again. The owner was very available and responsive. Naples is the place to go for sure.

Amazing Rental

What a great house! The location to the beach was a very short drive. Delnor Wiggins State Park does get very busy on weekends and from10-3 it is very hard to get a parking spot there. During the week we had no issues. The house itself is on a corner lot and boasts a lot of privacy in the backyard pool area. The pool has a very tropical feel and was very warm. The house was well stocked with most everything you would need, especially towels. It had beach chairs, a cooler and umbrellas as well as some beach toys. We brought a few pool floats and left them for other guests to enjoy. The layout of the house worked out well for our family. Each bedroom had a tv but two of the tv's appeared to be older and not hooked up to any cable which was fine because we weren't there to watch tv. Ben was easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions that we had. This is a house we would definitely stay at again!

Absolutely amazing!

We had the best time in this gorgeous home. We stayed for a month and it was the perfect house. The space is set up beautifully and the kitchen came with nice cookware, utensils and appliances. We appreciated that this home had everything you’d find in your normal home. It’s a little too far to walk to the beach, but we found it easiest to drive 5 minutes to the state park. Parking for the beach is $10 for Vanderbilt beach and $6 for the state park. This home is in the perfect location with Whole Foods, Trader Joe’s, Walmart, LA Fitness, Publix and amazing dining (The Crust Pizza!) all under 5 minutes in the car. The home has trash pickup 2x a week and consistent pool and lawn service - making it VERY well maintained. Ben was an incredible host and was both thorough and prompt. This was our favorite beach rental to date and we look forward to coming back.
