Charming Balboa Island Home with Rooftop
This is one of the best single-family homes on Balboa Island available for vacation rental. Our home blends classic coastal charm with modern comfort, creating the perfect setting for both relaxed island living and memorable experiences with your family. Featuring five bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms, the home is thoughtfully designed to accommodate families and groups with ease.
At the center of the home is a bright, open-concept kitchen and living area filled with natural light. The kitchen flows seamlessly into the living space, making it ideal for entertaining or unwinding after a walk around the island. Dual Central Air conditioning and Heating throughout the home ensures year-round comfort.
Outdoor living is just as inviting. Enjoy meals on the open patio with a barbecue and dining area, gather around the fire pit on cool island evenings, or relax by the indoor fireplace. The rooftop deck provides additional seating and is the perfect place to take in ocean breezes and surrounding island views and features a putting green.

Bedroom 2: Primary Master Suite. King bed, second level, en-suite bathroom with soaking tub, walk-in shower, Vaulted ceilings and oversized walk-in closet with private balcony
Bedroom 3: Queen bed, second level, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony
Bedroom 4: Queen bed, second level, en-suite bathroom with walk-in shower and private balcony
Bedroom 5: Queen bed, third level; accessed via exterior staircase to rooftop patio deck
Living/Sleeping: Queen sofa Bed, first level living room.

The home is ideally located just steps from the bay and ferry entrance and just a quick walk away from Marine Avenue home to shops and famous frozen bananas. You'll be within easy walking distance of a gourmet market, charming boutiques, and well-known local restaurants, all while enjoying the relaxed elegance the island is known for. For daytime adventures, take the nearby ferry to the Balboa Peninsula or connect to Catalina Island via the Catalina Express. Staircase/Accessibility
Guests must climb stairs to access the bedrooms. There is also a staircase permitting access to the rooftop and Bedroom 5.
Air-Conditioning
This property includes air conditioning. The thermostat should be set no lower than 74 degrees and turned off when the home is vacant. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee the home will cool to a specific temperature in all bedrooms and spaces
Parking Details
You are provided 2 Parking Spots in the two-car garage. Mid-Sized SUVs and compact cars are recommended.
Laundry
A private washer and dryer are conveniently located inside the home for your use. Included in your stay is 4 single use Laundry Powders.
High Chair & Pack 'n Play
High chair and Pack 'n Play are available by request only. Please request at least 48 hours prior to your stay, subject to availability.
Noise/Construction disclaimer
Our home is located in an active beach community. As is common in these areas, noise from construction, municipal services, beachgoers, vehicle and air traffic, adjacent homes, and nearby commercial or residential spaces may occur. Noise outside of our control will not constitute a refund or rental cancellation.
Fireplace Warning
The fireplace and fire pit must never be left unattended while in use.
Quiet Hours Notice
Per City of Newport Beach “Good Neighbor Policy” Quiet Hours are Strictly Enforced between the hours of 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. No patio noise is permitted between these hours. Please see house rules for more city noise requirements.
Pet Policy
This property does not allow pets of any kind but will accommodate service animals. If a pet is brought to the property without notification, a charge of $499 plus tax and applicable fees will be charged to your reservation.
