Guests are steps from 30A's boutique shops, renowned restaurants, public beach accesses, and unforgettable coastal experiences. The main house accommodates 12 guests with 4 bedrooms, 4.5 bathrooms, and built-in bunk beds. The heart of the home can be found outdoors with both front and backyard amenities including a private pool, putting green, fire pit, and ping pong table.

On the first floor, you will find an open concept living, dining, and full kitchen designed for entertaining and mealtime together. Generous seating and views of the pool create an inviting, comfortable atmosphere. The stylish dining table offers seating for 8 guests and countertop barstool seating for 3 guests. There is a half bathroom on this floor for convenience The outdoor space of the home offers plenty for the whole family to enjoy from a private pool, putting green, fire pit, ping pong table and comfortable seating for conversation.

The second level treats you to a guest bedroom with a king size bed, balcony access that overlooks the pool, and a private bathroom with a shower and tub combo. Next you will find two built-in hall bunk beds that can accommodate 4 guests. The last bedroom on this floor offers a king size bed. There is a hall bathroom with a walk-in shower that is shared with the king guest bedroom and bunk beds. There is a washer and dryer located on this floor as well.

The third floor of the home offers two king suites each complete with a full bathroom that includes a walk-in shower, soaking tub and plenty of space to relax and unwind from the day.

*The carriage house may be rented out by a different party during your stay. The driveway is common-use space and please park respectfully to accommodate everyones needs. If you are interested in booking the entire property, the main house and carriage house. Please let us know. The carriage house does not have access to the pool or any amenities located in the front or backyard (behind the gate).

*While this property sits on the edge of Rosemary Beach and Inlet Beach and has prime views of the Rosemary Beach Tennis Courts, this home is not located within the Rosemary Beach Community limits. 32 N Winston Lane does not have access to the Rosemary Beach Community amenities or private beaches. The tennis courts are public access.

*Construction Notice: there are townhomes being constructed near by. Estimated that exterior work should be completed by late spring.

- No events, such as wedding receptions and other large gatherings are allowed. Only people sleeping in the home are allowed on this property. If violated, double cleaning fees, as well as other possible fees, will apply.
- No pet home. Per the signed Rental Agreement, any violation of the no pet policy will result in immediate eviction, plus additional cleaning charges.

Reservation/Booking Policy
- Minimum Age: All properties require a minimum of one adult over the age of 26 be staying at the property throughout the rental term.
- A 50% deposit is due at the time of booking.
- Except for a $250 cancelation fee, deposits are fully refundable if cancelations are given 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date.
- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM
- Cleaning: Reservations made for more than 12 nights require a full clean during your stay. This will be added onto your total when checking out. Reservations for less than 12 days, have the option to add a mid-stay clean onto your reservation.
