The unit was clean, but there is definitely some evidence of a dog being on the property. It is a bit dated, but is comfortable and very close to the beach. It was spring break week and there were some teens staying in the building that were loud after hours, but I must thank the security service for quickly addressing any noise issues. The pools were not heated as the listing states. According to a permanent resident, they turn off the heater on March 1 of each year, so the pool is not heated year round.

We sincerely apologize for any concerns regarding signs of a pet on the property. We will be addressing this with our cleaning team to ensure our standards are consistently met. We also appreciate you bringing up the noise during your stay. While spring break can bring increased activity in the area, we're glad to hear that security was able to respond promptly and assist in maintaining a more comfortable environment. Regarding the pool heating, it is not advertise in our listing to have a heater, that's why it was not there. Thank you again for your valuable feedback—it helps us continue to improve.
