The modern and comfortably furnished "Vechteperle" vacation home is a two-story property located in Seepark on the idyllic Lake Vechtesee.

Rental rates are based on 4 guests; each additional guest pays a surcharge per night.

Electricity, water, and heating are included.



Special highlight: When you book, you’ll receive a free digital Grafschaft Guest Card. This allows you to enjoy numerous discounts from more than 20 partners in the areas of public transportation, mobility, and leisure/culture.



Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for a fee.

A parking space is available free of charge.

Construction work may be taking place in the newly built Seepark during your stay.

On the first floor, a fully equipped, open-concept kitchen with a dining area and the bright living room with a fireplace invite you to relax and unwind. Direct access to the terrace leads you to the beautiful sun terrace with patio furniture.



The exclusive wellness bathroom is equipped with a whirlpool and its own sauna. Underfloor heating enhances the sense of comfort throughout the entire house.



One bedroom on the upper floor of this non-smoking house features a double bed (1.80 x 2.00 m) and a TV; the other has a double bed (1.60 x 2.00 m). A sofa bed is also available on the loft.



The Vechteperle vacation home is the ideal starting point for a bike tour along the Fietsentour in the County of Bentheim. The house has its own lockable bike storage room.
