Late checkout without approval = $100/hr fee

Quiet Hours
10 PM – 8 AM
No parties or large gatherings
Noise complaints = cancellation without refund

Guest & Visitor Rules
Only registered guests allowed
No additional overnight visitors
Exceeding occupancy = removal without refund

No Smoking / Vaping
No smoking or vaping indoors or on balconies
Fee: $350 if detected

Pet Policy (Very Important)
Pets ARE allowed — up to 2 per booking
Pet Fee: $100 per pet
Unauthorized pets: immediate removal without refund

Pet Owner Responsibilities:
Clean up pet waste
No pet waste left anywhere outside
Pet damages = automatic charge up to $1,000
Pets must be supervised and not left to destroy furniture or doors

Sand, Towels & Beach Gear
Do NOT bring sand into the home
There is an outdoor shower to rinse off
Do NOT wash sandy towels or clothes in the washer/dryer — damages will be billed

Extra trash left behind = additional cleaning fee

Checkout Steps
Start dishwasher
Put all dirty linens in the half bathroom downstairs.
Take out all trash(IN PURPLE TRASH BAGS INTO GARAGE TRASH BIN).
Lock all doors and windows
