● Guests are prohibited from allowing more people onto the premises

than the maximum occupancy allowed.

● STR may not be used for private events, such as weddings or parties, in which

the number of participants exceeds the maximum occupancy limit. No private

events shall occur between the hours of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM. Special events

for a commercial purpose shall be prohibited at all times.

● No parties, no smoking, no pets – this is a luxury home meant for relaxation.
