The Space:
Newly constructed condominium in a quiete multi-use building, one block from Rupp Arena, and less than a 5 minute walk to Downtown Lexington's entertaining and dining district.
Transylvania University is 2 blocks away, while the University of Kentucky Campus is less than 2 miles away.
We provide luxurious bedding, plentiful amenities, granite countertops, and televisions in each bedroom. Stream your favorite channels using our hi-speed wi-fi (No cable.)
The entire building is safe and secure with keyless entry, interior and exterior cameras in the common areas, brand new sprinkler system and fire monitoring, for each floor and unit.
We have taken great care to provide everything you might need in a downtown getaway.
Bedroom 1 - King bed with luxury bedding, closet with luggage rack, ceiling fan, hangers, television, dresser, private ensuite bathroom with double granite vanity and stand-up shower. We provide shampoo, conditioner & body wash that’s good for your hair & the planet.
The 2nd bedroom features a king bed, sitting chair, small table, dresser, and private ensuite tub/shower combo bathroom with a single-bowl vanity and an extra vanity/mirror/light combo for getting ready, and a blow dryer. We also provide shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in this bathroom as well.
We think you would love the bedding, featuring percale luxury hotel grade sheets, multiple pillow firmness options, waffle blankets for comfort, and our comforter. The kitchen is suited for you to prepare just about any meal---with high end grade pots and pans and appliances. Equipped with a washer and dryer, we provide one laundry pod for each day you stay, ironing board and iron, dishwasher pods for each day you stay, and an assorted of luxury coffees and teas to be used with our combination Keurig (12 cup coffee pot + pods), and an electric kettle.
You are guaranteed to lack nothing in this property except a personal chef!
Guest Access:
This is a multi-use building with business tenants on floors 1 and 2, and private condos on floors 3 and 4. You will have access to the common areas which include entry way, elevator, and hallways.
Your access to the building and the unit are integrated with one keyless entry code, unique to your stay, and is compatible with our keyless entry mobile app as well. If you would like to use the mobile app for mobile entry, please let us know prior to check-in and we will send you think link to download it.
The Neighborhood:
Centrally located in downtown steps away from some of Lexington's most popular restaurants and entertainment venues, historical sites, Rupp Arena, and Transylvania University. Bustling neighborhood with free parking and easy access to the building.
Getting Around:
We offer free parking for our guests in a private, lit, 24 hour monitored parking lot owned by us. Just 10 steps to the front door, so there are no long walks with luggage or groceries.
Other Things to Note:
This is a brick building built in 1915 as the first Mason Temple in Lexington, KY.
The building is multi-use with business tenants on the first and second floors, and condos on the 3rd and 4th floors. The building remains generally quiet except for normal downtown noise during busy hours. The new windows muffles the noise a bit, which is very helpful.
There are only 3 units on the third floor and 2 units on the 4th floor, so while they are listed as apartments, this is not a large apartment building.
Access to and from, along with our parking, one building away, makes this a great downtown location.
