Welcome to Groß-Zicker on Rügen!

We’ve converted half of our 120-year-old barn into a new vacation home that meets modern standards and features high-quality furnishings. Starting in summer 2020, we’ll be offering all guests an exclusive vacation experience on Mönchgut. Located in one of the most beautiful and unspoiled areas of the island of Rügen, you’ll find every comfort here (including 2 bedrooms, a living room, a fireplace, a terrace, a kitchenette, Wi-Fi, bathroom with shower and tub, and underfloor heating) and a prime location right between the Zicker Mountains and the Zicker Bodden. Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with fresh linens, and fresh towels will be waiting for you.

Our house is situated in a quiet location in the idyllic little fishing village of Groß Zicker, not far from the Baltic Sea resorts of Göhren, Sellin, and Binz. It’s only about 2,500 meters to the kilometer-long, fine-sand beach on the Baltic Sea. The Bodden, located about 200 meters away, is ideal for those seeking peace and quiet and for hiking enthusiasts, and it also features a swimming beach. The vacation home features a large sun terrace with seating as well as a parking space. Bicycles can be reserved directly on-site. For surfers, we recommend an ideal surfing spot in the nearby Baltic Sea resort of Thiessow.

The first floor features wood-look tile flooring, while the bedrooms have solid wood flooring. The entire house is equipped with underfloor heating, creating a very pleasant, cozy atmosphere. 

Upon your arrival, the beds will already be made with fresh linens, and 2 towels per person are provided.



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and check-out from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
