The Space:

Sunset light pours through the large picture window as the countryside settles into quiet. Inside, warm air and soft lighting create a comfortable place to unwind after a day on the road. In winter, the peaceful setting feels especially still - open the blinds to watch the sky change colors, then close them for a cozy evening indoors with a movie or a home-cooked meal.



The space is designed for 2 guests and features 1 bedroom with a queen-size bed and 1 bath. The sleeping area invites you to rest easy, while the open living space offers room to relax, stream your favorite shows on the TV, or simply enjoy the view. Central heating and air conditioning keep the temperature just right in every season, and Wifi makes it easy to stay connected.



Kitchen & dining

The fully equipped kitchen gives you everything you need to prepare meals at your own pace. With a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, and dining table, you can cook comfortably whether you’re staying a weekend or settling in for longer. A coffee maker and hot water kettle make slow mornings simple, while the patio grill offers another way to prepare dinner before returning indoors to warm up.



Bath & laundry

The bathroom centers around a black marble walk-in shower with champagne gold fixtures, paired with bathroom essentials for a smooth start and end to your day. A washer and dryer add convenience, especially for long term stays allowed of 28 days or more. Extra pillows and blankets, clothing storage, and an iron help you feel at home throughout your stay.



Outdoor & parking

Step outside to your private entrance and patio or balcony, where outdoor furniture and a BBQ grill extend your living space. In colder months, it’s a quiet spot for fresh air before heading back inside. Free parking on premises includes two dedicated spaces, making arrivals and day trips easy.



Safety & peace of mind

Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, first aid kit, and exterior security cameras on property provide added reassurance. Cameras are positioned to monitor the parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas.



Location

Just 4 miles from Creston and 7 miles from Wooster’s shops and dining, the home offers convenient access to I-71. From here, Medina, Strongsville, the Pro Football Hall of Fame, and Berlin’s Amish Country are all within comfortable driving distance, making it easy to explore northeastern Ohio before returning to your quiet country retreat.

You’ll have full, private access to the entire studio! 🏡 The only area off-limits is a locked supply closet used for maintenance. We kindly ask that you be mindful of neighbors in the attached units to ensure a peaceful stay for everyone. ✨



Parking 🚗

We provide two dedicated parking spaces clearly marked with your unit letter. 🅿️ If you have an additional vehicle, there is one unassigned "first-come, first-served" spot located at the far left of the parking area. 📍

This is a 4-plex apartment, so the unit is attached to others. You may occasionally hear light noise from neighboring units.

To keep things comfy for everyone, quiet time starts at 10 PM.

We provide a complimentary starter kit with basic essentials—perfect for short stays. For longer stays, guests may need to restock items as needed.

The property has weekly lawn maintenance, so you may see someone on-site during that time.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉

This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights). Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.

🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests

🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



📹 Security cameras are in place to provide full visibility of the entire parking lot and surrounding outdoor areas, located at the front door of Apartment B / Vintage Travel Apartment.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
