Here you can enjoy a pleasant vacation with up to 4 people, just 90 meters from the beach, in a central location in this popular Baltic Sea resort. The spacious 3-room duplex apartment on the 2nd floor is easily accessible by elevator. With 75 square meters of living space, you’ll find a comfortably furnished living-dining area featuring a sofa set, dining table, TV, and stereo system. The separate kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator with freezer compartment, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, as well as cookware and cutlery. You can relax on the seasonally furnished south-facing balcony. A few steps lead up to the upper level, which features two separate bedrooms. One has a double bed and a closet. The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a closet, and a second TV. The apartment features a partially modernized, natural-light shower room with a sink and toilet. A crib and a high chair are available for families. You can park your car in the underground garage (gate height 2.00 m—not suitable for SUVs). Please note that there is no Wi-Fi in this apartment. No smoking, no pets.
