🚭 No Smoking

Smoking of any kind is strictly not allowed inside the home. Please use designated outdoor areas if needed and dispose of waste responsibly.



🪪 ID Verification Required

All guests must provide a valid government-issued ID prior to check-in. Access to the property will not be granted without ID verification.



📋 Good Neighbor Policy – Required by the City

Guests are required to review and sign the City of Big Bear Lake’s Good Neighbor Policy before arrival. This is a city-mandated rule for all short-term rental stays. We'll send the document after booking. It must be completed and submitted to receive check-in instructions.



Failure to follow these rules may result in cancellation of your reservation without refund, in accordance with local regulations and our house policies.



🔹 Good Neighbor Policy (Required)

Big Bear Lake has a Good Neighbor Policy in place for all short-term rental guests. This includes quiet hours from 10 PM to 7 AM, no outdoor amplified music, maximum occupancy and parking limits, and respectful behavior toward neighbors and the community.



All guests are required to review and sign the Good Neighbor Policy agreement before check-in. We will send the form after booking, and it must be completed before your arrival.



🔹 Strict Occupancy Limit

This home sleeps a maximum of 16 guests, including children and infants. No exceptions can be made due to city regulations.



🔹 Parking Limitations

The driveway can accommodate up to 5 vehicles, including RV or boat parking. No street parking is permitted.



🔹 Pool Heat Fee

If you’d like the indoor pool heated, please let us know at least 48 hours in advance. There is a $85/day heating fee, and the pool can be heated to a maximum of 80°F.
