Whether you’re here for a relaxing escape or an active island adventure, everything is designed for easy, carefree coastal living. The heated community pool is just steps from the front door — perfect for sunny afternoons when you’re not at the beach.

The open-concept main living level is light, bright, and welcoming, with a fully equipped kitchen featuring quartz countertops and stainless-steel appliances that flows seamlessly into the cozy living area with a large flat-screen TV. Sliding doors open to a screened lanai where you can enjoy morning coffee, afternoon breezes, or an evening glass of wine while listening to the sounds of the tropical canopy.

Upstairs, two private ensuite bedrooms provide calm and comfort after beach-filled days. One bedroom features a relaxing king bed, while the second offers a spacious queen bunk — ideal for families or friends traveling together. Parking: No parking is allowed on any street or grassy area within NBV (parking is permitted along Holmes Blvd and the side streets, by city regulations). RVs, campers, commercial vehicles, and trailers (including boat trailers), may not be parked on the roadway or in a driveway overnight. Each unit driveway is for the exclusive use of that individual unit. Vehicles may not be parked in the main driveway or along the edge of the main driveway. Vehicles must not overhang the driveway and protrude into the roadway.
