Very clean! Located right by trolley sto0 anf beach. Property manager was easy to contact and very helpful. I will definitely recommend to friends and family!

Very Nice Stay

Had some supplies that everyone uses that we did not have to buy. They even had bug spray. We would ha ve liked to be able to us a grill on the property and the pool could have been a bit warmer.

Great Place to Stay

This is a great location. Central on the island, within walking distance to several restaurants. Very clean, easy to get in and out of. Very short walk to the beach. If we are ever back in the area, we would be happy to stay at this property again!

Great Beach Vacation

The property is so very comfortable. You're right there at the beach and right next door to the public beach pavillion where there is a beach restaurant and a little place for adult beverages. The condo is on the back side of the building but you can get a beach view from the patio and master bedroom. There is also a really nice pool. The condo is also fully equipped with everything you would need. We had a great time and would definitely go back!

The condo has everything you need but your personal items. There’s plenty of towels and beach towels. The kitchen has everything you have at home. I loved that there was a box fan. I always bring my own but here you don’t need to. The parking is underneath, so your vehicle doesn’t get that hot. The property manager, Bonnie was great to deal with. She kept me updated before my trip, during my stay with hurricane Idalia and what was happening with the island. Bonnie had the owner to call me about the hurricane and my stay. He was very gracious and cared about my safety. I would definitely recommend staying here and hope to return soon! I love AMI!

A piece of heaven

Amazing week unwinding and playing in the ocean. We were right next to sea turtle eggs before the turtle people came around to mark the area, saw an entire manatee family, dolphin nursery, and so much more. The area is the best city we've visited for the beach with little ones. This specific listing feels like home, it has all the things you could forget- pitchers, plastic cups, beer mugs, wine glasses, beach chairs, sand toys, etc etc etc. Extremely attentive manager, but everything was wonderful. Direct beach access, walk through the gate to get to the trolley stop/ concession stand/tiki bar/live music. Parking right over the building, up one flight of stairs to the apartment. Elevator available, we didnt use it. Storage closet on the way to the beach just for you! Partial beach view from the master bed and porch. We've already requested another week next summer!

Fabulous Week at the Beach

We have stayed in a lot of VRBO properties over the years. Your property was by far the best stocked we’ve ever seen! Thanks for your attention to details for visitors. The pool was sparkling. My husband wanted to mention that you might have a small leak in the pipes underneath since he saw water on the windshield & your garage was the only underground spot we parked in. Just wanted to make sure you knew so you could possibly prevent a bigger issue. Thanks again for such a wonderful & clean spot!

A Piece of Paradise

This property can not be any closer to perfect. It is centrally located for what our family needed for a week. This property is very clean. There is a gal on the Island who is a contact for renters while they are there if there are any questions or concerns. Bonnie was absolutely amazing. She checked in via text with me prior to our arrival to make sure we knew how to access the property. Then the next day to ensure we made it and to make sure we didn’t need anything. We did have an issue with the hot water heater and the water not staying hot…keep in mind this was during one of Floridas coldest winters in 20 years. So being from Illinois, I thought maybe the water heater couldn’t keep up since it was cold and told her we can wait until it warms up and see if that was the issue. Unfortunately, it wasn’t the cold weather and the water heater did need replaced. Bonnie worked with the owner to get a plumber out quickly followed by an install of a new water heater. All of this without disruption of any of our vacation. We definitely enjoyed our week in Paradise and can’t wait to return.

WONDERFUL!

This is my second year here at Gulf Sands, #101. Hope to come back next year for 2 weeks. I’m a senior citizen with COPD and having an elevator is such a welcome bonus for me and my friend with bad knees! This condo is completely stocked, clean and fully maintained. Best Vacation Ever!

This was by far the best vacation we've ever had. The condo is perfect.. everything about it. Clean, neat, stocked with anything you need, close to the beach, nice pool, I could go on and on. The only complaint I have is that the week went by way too fast. Lou is absolutely wonderful. We also got to meet Bonnie, who helps clean the property and what not. She was FABULOUS as well! This is truly a special place!

Beautiful condo

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and finely furnished condo. Quality decor and everything needed in a kitchen made our stay so very comfortable. The recliners and reclining couch was great for relaxation after a day in the sun. The outside storage closet had everything to use for enjoying a day at the beach. We would definitely stay again!!
