Family Vacation

We really enjoyed our stay. The pool was very nice and clean. We grilled out a couple days. The house has all the things you need to cook. The beach is a very short walk. Loved how close to things you are and if you don’t want to rent a car the trolls will take you all over the island.

Beautiful condo on a beautiful island

The condo was exactly how it was described. Short walk to the beach and our kids loved the pool. We can not wait to visit the island again.

One of the best vacations we have had.

The property is even better than described. Locations is very convenient and right around the corner from the beach. Everything was very clean and the owners literally thought of everything. The outdoor space and pool area are the best part of this property. I think this would be the perfect rental for a family vacation as there are 3 units with a shared outdoor space. I can’t say enough how much we enjoyed this property and hope to stay here again in the future. Only suggestion would be to add a light by the grill, for when you are grilling in the evening (maybe there is one but we couldn’t find it). But that didn’t affect our experience one bit. The washer and drier were super convenient as was the outdoor wash off area. I also noticed there was a box of frequently needed items under the bathroom sink. We didn’t need anything but thought it was such a nice touch. My family (husband, mother and 3 year old son) all enjoyed our stay and were sad to leave.

Great little gem!

This property is all redone with great updates inside. Close to the beach, Publix grocery, free trolley and Holy Cow ice cream! Great central location with wonderful pool and the check-in/out process couldn’t be easier. Rex provides everything you need for a wonderful vacation.

Cute and comfortable, perfect location

What a lovely place! My extended family of 8 rented all 3 units. Each unit is unique, but they are all so cute! We had such a good time! We loved hanging out by the beautiful pool area, and it was great to be walking distance from Walgreens, the grocery store, and Holy Cow (ice cream shop). We recommend walking to breakfast at Paradise Bagels- delicious! The beach is a very short walk, so we’d go during the day but also went for several sunset walks along the beach. The building is on a main road, but honestly the traffic wasn’t that bad during our stay, and we spent our time by the pool instead of the front yard. I stayed in this unit (Unit C). Very clean and cute decorating. The queen bedroom upstairs in spacious and comfortable. The king bedroom downstairs is a tighter fit, but it’s nice that it’s right next to the bathroom. The living and kitchen area is well proportioned and open for the square footage. We highly recommend this place and hope to stay here again!

Perfect tropical beach getaway

Weather in the backyard with the pool, bbq, comfy patio seating and the privacy of all the palm trees or the quick 2 minute walk to the beach you always feel like you are on vacation Loved that the trolley was right outside the door and also the central location on the island. Also the beach access we had was great as not overcrowded. The condo had everything we needed. Would definitely rebook!

Little tropical paradise!

It’s on main road, but once you enter the unit, it’s a little tropical paradise! The property looked like just renovated and everything was clean and beautiful. I loved staircases going up to 2nd floor and high ceiling in living room which made this small place look gorgeous! Loved backyard pool, but a lots of mosquitos eaten me alive… location was perfect and close to everything.

Perfect spot to enjoy Anna Maria

My family loved staying here. We were a family of 4 two adults and two kids. One night Nana drove down to stay with us as well. The place is all brand new. The pool is well taken care of and we loved the salt water because the kids skin didn’t dry out from chlorine. The trees surround the pool and make it seem like you are in your own world somewhere far away just perfect. We used the beach chairs and wagon provided each day to walk minutes to the beach to play. We didn’t miss a sunset. We mostly ate out to eat because there are so many good spots to try. We had a few meals at the condo and the kitchen is well stocked. The condo is right in the middle of the island which is perfect for reaching either end. We rented a golf cart and loved that. This condo is the perfect spot to rest up change and relax at the pool between times at the beach out to eat and maybe even on a boat. Can’t wait to go back we loved AMI and this cute condo!!

Repeatable Retreat <3

We were very comfortable and couldn't be happier about the location-- The hosts were extremely attentive when we had a question before trip. Lots of nice little amenities not listed - like tape and notebook, which we used. Everything was great from the beds and pillows, the extra blankets/ pillows, to the salt water pool, and beach carts, chairs and toys. We loved it all, the beautiful decor, location, amenities - a definite must stay place. FYI- There are outlets in the front if you rent an electric golf cart, the washer and dryer are stackable so not huge but were perfect for a midweek towel and suit wash for us, the beach carts/chairs are on the side of the house (along with a foot wash station). You are right across from trolly stops and an easy walk to Walgreens and Holy Cow Ice Cream. We never heard the road traffic or our neighbors - very peaceful. My only suggestion (and not a complaint because we made do. I'd just rather use a hook over a door knob) - hooks, hooks and more hooks - we used the fence to dry our suits and towel but with all the units doing it things had to overlap - hooks outside to hang beach towels would be perfect. Hooks inside - for bath towels and coverups, dry suits etc. Can not wait to return.

Wonderful Stay

The pool and pool area make this property, as well as the super convenient location to the beach and shops. The interior is wonderful, too. It was so nice to have beach chairs, toys, and a cart as well. We had a wonderful stay on AMI.
