GUEST ACCESS

The entire home and property is yours. No shared spaces, no one else on site. Self check-in via secure smart lock. On-site parking for 5 to 6 vehicles, plus a Level 2 EV charger on site (standard plug; Tesla drivers may need their own adapter). A few owner storage closets are locked. Everything else is open for your group.

We're VRBO Premier Hosts and we treat every stay like it matters. Reach us through the VRBO app anytime. We typically respond within an hour. If something ever needs in-person attention, we have a local support team on the ground in Asheville.

~Pool is seasonal, generally open April through October. Heating available for an extra fee when in season.
~Hot tub and sauna are at your own discretion. Safety guidelines posted on site.
~Exterior security cameras cover entrances only. No cameras inside the home.
~Quiet hours: 10pm to 8am, per local ordinance and out of respect for neighbors.
~Dogs welcome, up to 2, with prior approval. Pet fee applies.
~Occupancy limits are firm. No parties or events permitted.
